Fresh flowers and a friendly staff. Ordered flowers for same day delivery and they came through with a great product at a fair price. Order local no extra fees as opposed to ordering with the online gatherers.

I spent over an hour driving to this shop for a wedding consultation I had scheduled two weeks in advance.(Our wedding is out of town so I am trying to find vendors relatively close to our venue). When I arrived they asked me again for the date of the event which I had already discussed with them when I called to set up the appointment. I was appalled when they told me they were unavailable that weekend due to a prior engagement they’ve had booked for over a year. I was extremely frustrated that I was not told this when I first spoke with them. Such a HUGE waste of my time and and money to drive out there!

Flowers were really over priced for one thing. For that price you would expect them to last a bit. They died and shriveled up in two days. We were rushed and the employee kept pushing us to buy things that were pre made out side. A dozen roses for 39.99? It wasn’t even in a vase or anything fancy. Just plain dozen roses wrapped in brown paper with water dripping at the end. wtf We got better roses at costco for $ 15.00 that last way longer and look a lot better.

The arrangement that was delivered was the worst flower arrangement I had ever seen. It was not even close to the picture from the website. The flowers looked old and wilted and the arrangement was put together so sloppy. Buds and Blooms does NOT take pride in their products. I called and they were not so friendly and did not even apologize.

I wanted to cheer my best friend up with a flower delivery to her job. I searched for a flower shop in her town and found this one. The arrangements looked cute and were at a decent price compared to the east coast. She was very happy with the arrangement and it definitely helped brighten her day. I chose the«Teleflora Victorian Teacup Bouquet.» I ordered it Friday morning at 6am eastern time. She received the flowers around 2pm her time. She sent me a photo of it and I was very impressed. I look forward to using this business again in the future for her birthday.

I googled florist shops in Puyallup, WA. I live out of town and wanted to send flowers our daughter in law. I really got lucky. The flowers that Buds and Blooms sent were absolutely beautiful… and same day delivery! First rate business.

WARNING: THISPLACEISHORRIBLE!!! I will never order anything from this florist again. I ordered the most deluxe arrangement they make for the loss of my close friends mother. When I saw the arrangement that was actually delivered I was completely embarrassed to admit it had come from me! It was NOTHING like the picture advertised. It didn’t have the same flowes and appeared to be even smaller than the website arrangement. The website stated the arrangement pictured was of medium size, so if anything, my premium order should have been better!!! Warning: DONOTORDERFLOWERS from this place!!! You will be VERY disappointed!!!

This place is truly horrible. If I could give no stars to this place I would. On the day of my father’s funeral I stopped into Bud’s in Blooms in the hope that I could purchase some loose roses. As soon as I and my bereaved mother walked in we had a less than desirable experience. No one said anything to us for a good five minutes. One employee was taking a phone order and another lady was working at the counter. I finally asked if I could have some assistance. The women behind the counter asked what I needed. I told her that I was looking for loose yellow roses. She said they didn’t. I asked if they had white. She again said they didn’t. Finally, irritated I asked what colors they did have. Red. That was it. It was the middle of August and all they had was red. I asked if they had any white flowers at all. Nope. Nothing. How can a florist shop stay in business with no selection? Hopefully they wont be for much longer.

What was delivered was nothing like the picture on the website. I’ve posted photos so you can see how very different the actual item was vs. the website photo. I do realize florists sometimes have to make substitutions — but there was nothing besides the orchids(different color) & the green vessel(diff color) that was the same as the online photo of the product. I also emailed the florist asking if the item had been delivered & never heard back. I won’t use this company again.
