CAUTION: Some brokers at this office list and sell «flip» properties «renovated» by Kairez Developing that do not have required city permits for the restoration work performed. Ensure you check with the city to ensure permits were pulled and the house passed final inspections. I bought a house in Tacoma that was listed and sold by this office in September of 2015 and we can’t even live there; my college kids are now homeless because electricity will not be turned on by the city due to permit issues. Some brokers here know their listings/​houses have been fully renovated and flipped, yet they do NOT perform their required due-​diligence ensuring work is inspected and permitted by the city. Several lawsuits are underway and the media has been alerted.
