My wife and I had a difficult real estate transaction in which gateway Realty Puyallup and more specifically a woman named Rachel was the selling agent in my specific case the seller entered a facility at the time of closing that made it difficult to conduct the closing paperwork Rachel from gateway repeatedly refused to speak with my realtor at multiple times ducking her calls and was extremely rude to my wife when she would email her seeking updates she was also extremely rude to my realtor on the phone when she could be reached which was not often when my wife attempted to contact the managing broker Mr Don Dutton he was extremely rude in the response and unprofessional and seemed to take no exception to rachel’s unprofessional behavior and then proceed to threaten us with legal action that would not hold up in court I would not recommend his team or him or Rachel to anyone unless you want to be Treated badly and threatened
