Jenny’s Place

Love, love, love this place! Randomly found this place here when looking for a place near my home. Christie is the best! She colored my hair and cut it. I am so pleased. They have a casual atmosphere and they are super friendly. They are moving to a new location, though… down the street and it will be called R Place. So look for that if you contact them after January 2014.

Christi saved the day!!! I recently moved to Puyallup. When looking for a new stylist, I relied on Unilocal.My first choice was a disaster. She chopped my hair, gave me 3 different looking layers around my head AND mess up my bangs. Good thing I was able to hide most of the errors in a ponytail.
After a few weeks, I went back to Unilocal and found Jennys Place. I made an appointment with Christi. She was inviting, offered fun conversation and most importantly, she LISTENS to what you are trying to tell her about your hair. After 2 haircuts under my belt it is safe to say Christi is also consistent.
I have to say that I have gone to some of the best salons from MN to AZ to Seattle and have paid alot of money for these «advanced» stylist… I gaurantee, Christi can hold her own with anyone of them and she does not cost me an arm and a leg.

I have been looking for a place for my family to get haircuts for very long time were your not paying outrageous prices but get a quality haircut. I brought my daughter in Christie cut and did a brow wax, she was amazing!!! I’m so happy I no longer have to pay to take my daughter in to GeneJuarez for an amazing haircut. I will be recommending Christie at Jenny’s place to all friends and family

Found Jenny’s Place here on Unilocal.Thought I would give it a try since that’s my name. I moved from CA almost 2 months ago and have been petrified to to try a new hairstylist. Christie did my hair yesterday and I WAS MORE THAN THRILLED! In one try I found my new salon and hairstylist! VERY reasonable rates and Christie gave me an additional $ 5.00 off for being a new customer. Make an appointment with her and tell her Jenny from Cali sent ya! You will not be disappointed!

I was referred to Jenny by a very good friend who has been going to her for years! I left her a message after normal business hours and she called me back right away. I voiced my concerns and she gave me her email to send her pictures and we set up a consult. I had major amounts of hair breaking off and my hair was ½ as thick or less then it use to be. She viewed my hair carefully and really took her time to explain what it was. She explained that I wasn’t loosing hair that my hair had major breakage from over processing. In other words the last hair tech I went to gave me a chemical hair cut. Jenny told me what I needed to do, what hair products to use and that we would have to really be gentle on my hair for some time. I had to cut 6 inches off of my hair because of this old hair tech. I also had gone to another hair specialist who Jenny recommended to help me get some volume back and this lady was a stylist to many famous people and has clients fly in from around the US and she even said it was a chemical hair cut. Won’t step foot in any other salon but Jenny’s Place!
I am so glad to have found Jenny. She is so kind and understanding. You can tell she loves what she does!!! I will be with her long term!

Jenny has her own place and she has developed a family friendly place. A place to go to get your hair done and/​or to just visit and get a good dose of positive. Her rates are reasonable and her work is amazing.
