Best stylists in puyallup! I get my hair and lashes done by Krista. Price is perfect and she is knowledgeable in up-​to-​date styles and colors. Of course, all the other hair stylists that work there are just as amazing. I’d recommend her for lashes as well. She has her own room where were are not disturbed by the loudness of the other lash girls. She is professional at the workplace. Priscilla has created an amazing salon!

The Salon is very nice and well put together. The staff seems nice, the lady that did my hair was very nice. I had my hair colored there and was very happy with the results. There was a little hick up with my hair not wanting to take the color in because my hair is so black. She would not let me go until she was satisfied with the color showing up which I can really appreciate since she had to work through her lunch break. I’m glad I came here to get my hair colored.

I’d had a really horrible experience at a different salon previous to my first visit here. A girl at the tanning salon i go to had a really cute cut. I needed some hair extensions removed and wasn’t going back to the same place where the girl had LITERALLY chopped my hair off, so she told me to see her girl, Jessica, at Salon Cerna. She was pretty good at keeping the conversation flowing, but I guess I was feeling too relaxed and comfortable to pay attention to what she was doing to my hair. She had to remove my hair extensions and put 5 strands back into the same place because my hair hadn’t yet grown to the right length, but then they had to be placed closer to my scalp due to regrowth. She used the same extensions I came in with that had been attached to my natural hair. The clamps were no longer usable, so she replaced them (5, mind you) with white clamps. My hair is dark brown… almost black! Why on earth would she use white clamps? Not only that, but she didn’t place 3 of them flat against my scalp, so they popped out of the top of my head like cowlicks. I was having my blonde peek-​a-​boos over my ears touched up. They were blonde in most areas with hot spots all over. I text to have her fix them before my trip to Vegas, and she told me she’d get back to me with an appointment time but never did. I messaged her again on Facebook, and she completely ignored me while responding to other clients.
Also, she charged me $ 180 to reset 5 strands of short hair extensions I came in with, a trim, and peek-​a-​boo touch-​up. Mind you, my hair is super short… not even shouler-​length. I didn’t even get any all over color or foils!

I’ve been going to see Priscilla for 7 years now. I love the friendly atmosphere and how the whole staff gets to know you. They all have great personalities and have definitely mastered their craft. Priscilla does my highlights, low lights and touches up my grey roots. My hair looks beautiful and I look and feel younger when she’s done. Recently, I had her do a Brazilian Blow out to my curly hair. Wow! Now I can have straight hair that stays straight even when its humid, rains or I sweat. I highly recommend Salon Cerna and am thinking of getting eye lash extensions next.

Have you ever seen a happy 16 year old girl? I hadn’t until I took my niece here for her homecoming hair cut and color. She was glowing! All smiley and happy. And that made me all smiley and happy.
I set a VERY early curfew.

Priscilla and her beautiful team of experts never cease to amaze me. A fresh and fun atmosphere with a VERY friendly & talented staff. I have never left Salon Cerna with a bad cut and have referred everyone I know to them. Salons are not just for ladies anymore, gentlemen! I used to be the guy in-​and-​out of great clips with the regular crappy haircut. I will never go back to hair factory like that EVER again!

Love this place. Followed stylist Kate Reading from previous shop when she moved here. Skilled stylist with precision cutting skills. Great colorist. Big city style and skill in a small town. Great with short hair. All the staff here are friendly and fun. Quit going to those cut rate chains. You get what you pay for.
