Bodine industries runs these DON’T RENT FROM THEM. We got behind and they refused to assist at all. Locked me out without giving written notice and made me pay them in cash at their office to have the locks changed back. Upon vacating never sent me a deposit check back, they claimed it came back (funny how the statements got to my house no problem) and they charged $ 75 hour to clean. Prevailing wage for that work in the state of Washington is $ 43.95, not $ 75 to run a vacuum. They are a joke and don’t care about anything but their rent $. go elsewhere.
