This store is not listed on the true value website, however the service is first class, just make sure the person is a male who answers the phone as the female new hires for Xmas seem unmotivated to help or be of service. Nothing against women just the customer service offered by these ladies.
Call first before going to see if you get your question answered. If the lady answers unsatisfactorily then ask for a male.
They’re located right next to Safeway grocery center on meridian by the Puyallup (Washington) fair grounds.

This store recently opened in downtown Puyallup. My husband and I have gone there maybe 4 times. Each time the service has been friendly and the employees have a good wealth of knowledge. We always keep our receipts; however, one time we couldn’t find the receipt for an item that needed to be returned. They made the return process simple and since we signed up for Ace Rewards, they found us in the system and tada! We were able to exchange it for something else we needed. They are open until 7 during the week and I wish that they would stay open later. Sometimes it’s 7:30 and then we have to make the trek to Home Depot or Lowe’s. Their prices are competitive but slightly higher than the larger chains. But they’re local and consistently friendly… I’ll pay a little more for both.
