The Unilocal coupon was not for delivery, and the manager said that they aren’t even selling these vouchers. The pizza is decent but not good enough to justify the high prices.

Poor customer service and dirty. It’s hard to get a table when they are all not clean. When I left there were 15 tables that needed to be bused. Get this store some help. Also they had no forks for the salad bar put plastic forks out and then ran out of those. What a filthy dirty establishment. Would not recommend.

We come here about twice a week. Outstanding service and excellent food EVERY TIME! Our favorite is the buffet!

My husband and I frequent pizza, it’s our favorite and the pizza here is dynamite! Love the pizza and the garlic twists! The reason for the two stars is the service we receive. We have had delivered a few times and we tried to order a while back and they refused to deliver to our house. We were so confused because they have delivered before and we are less than a mile from the location. We ended up just driving to the location to just order it there. Over the phone when we asked about a coupon they said it didn’t exist even though it came from our last delivery, then when we left with our order THE SAME COUPON WAS ON OUR NEW PIZZA! Also very frustrating because the last 3 times we have tried to order they say it’s «too late» to get twists. I’m sorry but if your business is open until 9, 10 pm, you should offer your menu until you are closed, don’t tell me that 7pm is too late to order a menu item. This has happened multiple times and it’s very annoying, we love the food and want to support the business but your employees are awful! I have been in retail management for roughly 10 years so I know how customers should be treated and this establishment does not demonstrate it. Get it together your food is too good to have such awful service!!!

Nailbanger Here Again; We like the Pizza here, especially when we have a coupon. Extra Large two topping for $ 16.50. They have good sauce and crust and the topping are fresh. They offer a nice Salad Bar as wellPlenty of well lighted Parking. Enjoy

Went online to order a pizza. Total for a XL All Meat and 16 Boneless Buffalo wings, I was online and it showed the below:
Food $ 36.98
Delivery 2.75
Tax 3.73 (food and delivery fee)
Total $ $ 43.46
Which coupon to use. I decided the 15% off the entire food order would be the best choice $ 5.54. I could have used the $ 4 off any XL pizza. So I gave them the coupon over the phone for 15% off. It should have brought the food order to $ 31.44, add delivery brings it to $ 34.19 and tax at 9.4 to a total of $ 37.40. I was told the total after coupon would be $ 39.20. Difference of $ 1.80?
So I don’t know where it went wrong. We figured maybe they charged us for the dipping sausces. Online you got two free but let say they did charge us for two, $ 1.80 doesn’t seem possible. I don’t know but maybe if Roundtable has coupons online with codes make them usable online. I feel sceptical of them now.
Delivery occurred and I asked for the itemized receipt. This is what it shows.

Wings $ 10.99
15% off = -$ 3.90 (not correct, discout rate is 10.5%)

Two small changes added mushrooms on half, and black olives on all. Forgot my coupon for a free order of wings they wouldn’t honor the deal w/​o coupon. But knew about it. Disappointing for A $ 20.00 pie. But was good pizza. Lots of pizza choices around close. But another to choose from.

Ordered delivery online. Online said anticipated delivery 60 mins. It’s now been 95 minutes…
It’s not that I care that it took so long. Just update your online ordering to reflect the TRUE times! 5 – 10 min difference acceptable. 35 extra mins. is NOT!

Although the food was hot and fresh and continuously restocked, the flavor really didn’t pop out. It was a good value for our money though.

Please serve the dessert pizza, your cinnamon twist are not good.

I took my son for pizza on a Saturday afternoon. I had a thin crust gourmet veggie pizza. The pizza was as expected but what really differentiates them is the courteous employees who were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

At 3:30 on a Wednesday afternoon the place was empty. Let’s hope the pizza isn’t. They had 2 meat pizzas. We ordered the one without bacon. Pizza was piping hot. Taste was ok. Crust was good. We got deep dish. The biggest differ ence was the cheese. It wasn’t mozzarella but a combination of white and yellow. Guess I am more of a purist. Not saying it wasn’t good just different.

Love this round table. It’s round table nothing fancy but always clean and friendly. LOVE polynesian sauce.

Roundtable Pizza. It is what it is. But theres just something about this one that sets it apart. The staff is friendly, they keep the place spot-​less and the salad bar is always stocked w/​fresh goodness. But if you’re looking for some peace and quiet, don’t go on the weekends. Thats when it more resembles a Chuck E. Cheese.

You know, I think this is the best place for pizza from a chain… They have really good sauce and the salad bar is to die for. I have always received the best service at this location. When you order delivery you need to make sure that you ask for the Parmesan cheese but even then some times you don’t get it… still good pie and good service. They also have rooms for big party’s…
