Super disappointing. The products I use(bare minerals complexion rescue, too faced weightless concealer, tarte maracuja concealer, Josie Maran Argon oil) are never in stock. Literally every time I’ve made a trip there, it’s never there. A few times I have asked to receive a phone call when a product arrives, and not once have I actually been called. Last night I decided to give it one more chance to go pick up my tarte concealer in hopes it would be in stock. It wasn’t. So I asked if there was a small sample I could have for an event I need to be at tonight and so I could just order my product online(which I typically do since I’ve been let down by customer service). Anyways she gave me a sample and I even asked twice if it was the right one, she told me yes… So I got home, opened it to find some thick orange paste. Not at all the color that I use and quite frankly I don’t even think it’s the same brand that I use. I called this morning to politely see if there was miscommunication and to verify if the item was actually in stalk, and in return spoke with a snotty employee. After I asked to speak with a manager, I was hung up on. My suggestion for people who plan to buy products from here would be to call and verify if your product is in stalk and make sure you know what you’re buying! Will never be shopping here again. Thank god for my Sephora app. I’d rather wait 7 – 10 days than drive 30 minutes to this Sephora again.

The customer service at this location is outstanding! They always answer all my questions with a smile on their face. I’m constantly looking for new products so I’m always looking for recommendations. Of coarse the makeup is pricey but it’s worth it depending on what you buy. Way better then the one in the Tacoma Mall customer service wise!

This store is small, so it doesn’t carry some of the brands that the bigger Sephora stores carry. It’s nice to have a Sephora in the Puyallup area though for those times I don’t feel like making the drive out to Tacoma or SouthCenter. I’m a makeup junkie but as a full-time student I have to limit the amount of money I spend on it so I like to look around and test things out before I buy. Sometimes if I’m not sure I will even leave after testing the product so I can see how it wears throughout the day. My issue is that the staff here makes me feel *really* uncomfortable when I do that, following me around even after I’ve said I don’t need help, and saying things like in a passive aggressive tone like«still here, huh? hehe»…it’s been so bad before that I bought something just because of how uncomfortable the staff was making me. Now that the Ulta has opened right on the other side of the mall, I make more of my purchases there. More freedom to browse there without hovering employees, and a decent selection.

This location is great if you just need to pick up a product or two, but they don’t have as big a selection as the full stores. This location doesn’t carry Laura Mercier, which is what I originally went in for. They do have a small nail bar, some hair and facial care and cosmetics. They also have perfume and cologne, again, just not as big a selection as other stores.
