I feel this Best Buys is prejudice. I am looking at laptops to see what is the best value(and other customers are doing the same) an employee went right up to another customer and asked if they needed help as if I was invisible. I wasnt dressed to impress — its the weekend, I dont get dressed up to look at laptops. However, I feel the employee went right to the person whom«looked» like they would spend more. I had to chase down another employee that was more interested in playing on his cell phone. Once I get to the register, the cashier said they dumped me off their Best Buy bonus program. Then asked if I wanted a 200.00 service plan, I said No thank you. she says well I can give you the plan for cheaper. I still said no thank you. Now she has a super attitude. I had just walked from Staples who is basically next door. Next time it is worth paying 28.00 more for my laptop at Staples and get respect than deal with the ignorant jerks who work at Best Buys

Is it me or did all of the morons who used to work at Circuit City find jobs here at Best Buy. No one knows the answers to any questions nor do they want to direct you to someone who can. Bunch of summer-employed teenagers who are happier to talk to each other than to customers. A miracle they even had what I was looking for, but not because any of the blue-shirted Einstein’s found it for me. If this place dies like Circuit City, then good riddance.

The newest Best Buy in the LV. It’s too bad the Summit Mall one fell through in Easton, but this will probably the closest location for southern LV-ers. It’s pretty small, but it seems to be well-staffed. We’ll see how good it is after it’s been open a few months.
