The employees in this store have zero people skills. I could tell right away by the«greeter» with an «I’m in control» attitude with tablet that decided right away that they’d be unable to help me with a nonfunctioning Verizon phone(this is what I pay a monthly service for?). I was questioned while standing at the entrance — asked to provide my drivers license, etc — all while standing and I had to ask her if we could go to the counter to discuss. It didn’t get any better — I left the store with zero satisfaction. There was only one other customer in the store so its not like they were too busy. I gather that all they care about is getting their hourly salary and have no interest in customer service. Find another verizon wireless store to do business with.

Now I see why this store poorly rated. An item was sold to us and we were it told that it was a flat one time fee. Turns out there was 10 monthly so when were turned the item was charged a 35 dollar restocking fee. I’m glad I did fill out customer survey yet. Untrustworthy store. So not only lose your one good rating and you also get a bad customer service review(I’ll also go on the Verizon website to complain about the unethical practices). Hope it was worth the 35 dollars. I feel it’s worth it to expose your practices to potential customers.

Employees aren’t knowledgable about the products they are selling, also they never seem happy to help customers, every time I am here I leave with a headache.

Real nice hearing the employees murmur«I better get out on time tonight.» Glad you appreciate my business. Bryan was very nice. Wasn’t too fond of the other employees. I always feel unwanted. Verizon I have really learned to dislike you.
