Went to this location because of the reviews on Google. My wife and I realized pretty fast that we made a mistake. The two people working were very nice but they had no idea what they were talking about. They didn’t know the offers or the plans. Couldn’t apply my corporate discount. Even watched them try to help another customer with a technically problem for 30 minutes and had no idea how to fix his issue. My wife actually started to think about staying with AT&T after we left, because we never saw such a lack understanding about the products and services from a Wireless store(and 4 star reviewed one too). When leaving the parking lot we saw in small print NTX wireless(under brightly lit Verizon Wireless sign). That explained a lot to me.
