I went here a couple of times for facials, highlights, and haircuts. But after going 3 or so times, I didnt want to go back. Although I do recommend the girl that does facials, she is very good. And the first time I got my hair done by Rosie she was good, but she wasnt available and they gave me to someone else one day. Well this girl really had no idea what she was doing, she made my highlights so thick I looked liked a skunk. Thank god I spoke up while I was there, and she fixed it somewhat. But then when I went home I noticed that my hair was orange (Im a blonde). So I called and asked them to fix it, and said Id prefer if it was a diff. stylist than the one who messed it up. Well apparently the owners didnt like that, because my new stylist told me they had said that. And I thought it was very bad business that they didnt come over to me while I was there to apologize, or see how things were going this time– they didnt even say hello when they walked past me Now Im a business owner, so I was really appalled by that– to not be ackowledged by the owner as a paying customer– well needless to say that was the last time I went back.
