Stopped in yesterday for lunch on my way to take my daughter back to school. Love their burgers but decided to try the chicken sandwich special with the jalapeño cheese fries. Both were awful! Chicken was mostly gristle and difficult to even bite through, flavor was bland and very unremarkable. The fries were cold, limp and soaked in a lukewarm«cheese» sauce. I ended up tossing out most of both the sandwich and the fries. Very disappointing all around. Didn’t bother speaking to employees as they were too busy horsing around out back and playing grab ass. If you are on 309 in Qtown find another place to eat.

This particular Wendy’s holds a place in my heart as the site of many high-school meals with friends late into the night. The food is very consistent and very Wendy’s — always a safe bet. Probably the best fast food in town, and that’s saying something, as Quakertown held the world record for most fast food in the smallest radius for a few years a while back.

This Wendy gets the job done for the most part. Whenever I go here for lunch, fries are hot and the food comes out warm. I can’t complain about that on most occasions. The place does feel run down though. The bathroom is usually dirty and outdated. The dining area needs a face-lift. They got rid of the line forming partitions so a strange looking line forms by the cashier. With all the available options on Rt. 309, they need to step up to keep up.
