Called to order name tapes in hopes that by ordering on a Thursday afternoon I could get them by Saturday. Once I was on the phone they said they had my name already pre made!
No wait at all! I’m not even a Smith!

I was looking for somewhere open on a Saturday that would sew on a set of new chevrons for a reasonable price and have it ready fast on short notice. This place came through one hundred times what I expected! They told me «immediate» turn-​around when I called, and when I showed up with my shirt and chevrons, they took care of it right on spot! Awesome job! And awesome pricing! Only $ 5 for the sew job! Thanks for the quick service! I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been using Jenny’s Tailoring for 5 years. I’ve never had a problem. Jenny has tailored my uniforms and dress shirts. She provides same day service on dry cleaning. Jenny goes above and beyond to meet her customer’s needs.

Came to pick up my shirt on day it was supposed to be ready; she didn’t have it. Next day I come back, she says they «lost» it. I’m leaving Quantico that same day. How wonderful! :/

I’ve used this company for the past two years. Last year I took my ball gown to Jenny’s to be hemmed. There were two layers to the dress — they only hemmed the main layer and left the sheer layer the normal length. I decided to give them a second chance this year, HA! Big mistake. My husband went by to drop off his uniforms for alterations and pick up my dress. IT WAS THE WRONG DRESS! They sent him home with someone else’s ball gown! Mine was eventually found, but the alterations weren’t complete so it couldn’t be picked up. I encourage you to find someone else for your alteration needs!
*To add to this earlier post, we went to pick up the dress today (3 days after it was supposed to be ready), and THEY LOST IT! Yep, LOST my ball gown. After waiting an hour, it was finally found. I complained to the owner and expected some kind of apology or credit towards my $ 111.50 alterations. Nope. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

There are quite a few tailoring and cleaning establishments in Q-​Town, just as there must be nearly a dozen barber shops. Nice little town that nearly closes up on the weekends. Little meaning if you stand in the middle on Potomac Ave, you are literally only a block or two from all the businesses.

On Saturday: I bought a suit at the MCEX and needed to have it tailored for an event the next day. Purchasing the suit a little after noon, I asked my salesperson where I could get same-​day alterations. She suggested Jenny’s in Q-​Town.
I took the suit directly to Jenny’s. They marked it for alterations and promised to have it ready before they closed for the day.
Sure enough, I called ahead and they said it was ready. I stopped by, tried it on and it fit fine! Their rate was a bit pricey, but perhaps not for same day rush service.
While there, I saw dozens and dozens of military (Marine) uniforms being tailored by the 4 employees working at the time. Obviously this is one of the better tailoring shops in Q-​Town.
Cash only. Located about a block from the train station. Curbside parking meters — 25¢ for 30 minutes.
