Food was the worst ever. They cooked so much food it looked wilted. Taste was ok but for $ 20 a plate it’s not worth it.

Once you have eaten at the Red Oak Steakhouse, its hard to step down in class and quality to the Buffalo Grill. The atmosphere is more cafeteria like, too bright so there is not really any atmosphere. We started with some chips and salsa/queso which was pretty good. I ordered a turkey croissant sandwich which was marginal. I guess one or at least I would expect a warm croissant and a warm sandwich but it was a mix of warmed up and cold. Not my favorite, It came with fries which would have been tasty had they not been a soggy greased up mess. No one likes limp fries. They should have cooked them a little longer or perhaps not stacked them in their stainless steel holder for them to steam themselves to mush before I could eat them all. My husband enjoyed a patty melt, though he gets its plain with just meat and cheese and seemed to like it. His take on the fries was the same. All in all though the service was fine and the bill was a lot cheaper than the steakhouse.
