Who doesn’t like chick-​fil-​a? The food and service is always so good. Lunchtime is a mad house but worth it. My kids love it too. I highly recommend the frozen lemonade.

I want to commend this Chick-​Fil-​A for their excellent hospitality! I am a Volunteer with Make-​A-​Wish. We had a sweet wish child who wanted to have her send off party at this location before heading to Disney! I had communicated with Kimberly, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our wish child had a wonderful party. Kimberly had the best tables reserved for us, created a gift basket for our wish child, and covered all dining expenses for the family. The staff was welcoming and accommodated the family’s every need. The Chick-​Fil-​A cow even came out to greet to kids! This location deserves a great thank-​you for making an unforgettable memory our wish child’s and her family before heading to Disney!

Well I haven’t been here in a while. That’s because every time I order a spicy chicken sandwich, I say can I have with no pickles, and they say ok. Then I drive home and lone behold there are pickles. Maybe I could pass this up if it was once or twice. But it’s every time!

They get 5 stars just for being so nice. They were so nice I seriously felt like I was in another world. Thank you.

This is a must anytime I come to AZ. The staff is the best when it comes to customer service oh and the food is really good as well. Upon walking in the front counter worker greeted us with a smile and the other staff was VERY helpful and attentive. The food is always good simple and good.

Everyone that works here is super friendly and nice. My only complaint is its kind of dirty. The play area especially. The floor is filthy and and equipment is disgusting. I really enjoy coming here and watching kids play but it really needs to be cleaned and rules need to be enforced.

After a very frustrating morning yesterday, I was really thirsty and just needed something to drink. I decided to drive thru Chick-​fil-​A at lunch hour and when I reached the window, I was greeted with a smile and «It’s on us today» as she handed me my drink. Thank you for being my reminder that things will always turn around!

Unfortunately I am so disappointed in the way I was treated at this particular Chick-​fil-​a. I love this place and my family frequents them way too much but it usually has great service and amazing food. The manager wanted to charge me for chick-​fil-​a sauce and made me feel as though he was doing me a favor to give me more than 1 (that is what you are allowed for an 8 piece nugget) he argued so much with me over this that he then forgot to give me my change. He then made me feel like he was doing me a favor because the drawer wasn’t short but that he would adjust it on his end. Sorry dude I didn’t try to just steal $ 6. I was beyond embarrassed because all of the customers and employees then look at me as though I am the bad person because I questioned his ethics. All over chick-​fil-​sauce. Really??? a few sauces worth a customer? I will not return to this chick-​fil-​a and I will spread the word. Happy Friday the 13^th.

I had an awful experience this one time. I wanted to use a coupon but one of the managers ‘felicia’ was so rude. I was just asking if I could substitute something else and she refused. I get it if she was nice about it but she wasn’t! Rude and isn’t chick fil a suppose to have great customer service? Apparently not. Bye Felicia!

I’ve always loved their customer service at this location, but what a treat to drive thru today and when the lady at the window handed me my drink and said «it’s on us today!» I was floored! Little gestures create life long customers! It was just a few dollars, but the thought made a difference in my day!

Warning this place NEVER gets your drive thru orders right. No matter how simple the order is there is always something missing. Maybe is a strategy to save some money thinking that the customer is not going to come back and complaint.

Just a hint: if you are in any sort of hurry, use the Drive-​thru! I watched seven cars go through before they even prepared my food, and then, one they began doing my food, the cook couldn’t figure out what «add sausage» meant, and loudly asked and commented about why he should do it. It was strange. Comments about texting someone were also mixed in there.
I’ve only been here a couple of times, but I’ll probably not return because my time is very dear to me.
…unless I use the Drive-​Thru…

This place gets a 5 star compared to other fast food competition. Great quality food, good customer service, very clean inside, consistent taste. Plus you have free days when my kids like to dress up like a cow or pirate.

Remind me to stay away from this location, I’m going to miss there cookies and cream milk shake and there fries. Not going to miss them putting there finger all up in my shake. Not cool buddy, I did nothing to you but be respectful. Young kids working drive thru, no excuse you say. I agree, there Mama didn’t show them that your hands especial around food can get you sick.

I avoid this location at all cost. Had to send back my sandwich twice because the breading was super dark which means 1) the fryer oil needs to be change or 2) it was overcooked. Both tasted bad. Manager was less than thrilled and she made sure we knew it, not saying anything, just huffing and puffing as she gave us our refund. Won’t bother her again. So much for customer service.

2 bad visits in a row. This time my coffee has grounds in it, and the place is a mess. What’s happening?

We love Chick Fil A even more since they said they’re going GMO free.
Service was friendly and welcoming even tho we came near closing. Restaurant was freezing but sure man like that. Our order came out with the wrong cheese so they gave us a new sandwich plus offered for us to take the one home. Always join above and beyond!

I’ve been to this Chick-​fil-​A many a times, and each time they haven’t disappointed in either staff or food. I love their chicken nuggets with buffalo sauce or Polynesian, and they have the best cookies and cream milkshake I’ve yet to taste. If you have kids, they’ve got a play place which is always nice for parents. I come here regularly and love everything about this place. It’s what I call, «Quality Fast Food.»
Tip: If you get a kids’ meal, you can trade the toy in for a free ice cream in cone instead.

I love this Chick-​Fil-​A location! I am not that into «fast food» as most places serve food that is unhealthy and taste disgusting. However, Chick-​Fil-​A does not disappoint. The food is fresh and delicious. Their customer service exceeds expectations and even rivals many high caliber dining restaurants. They treat everyone with respect and are certainly skilled at providing top notch customer service for their patrons.
