Not a good experience, order a veggie burger sub, ask him what the patty is made of he said«don’t know«just in freezer without box in plastic bag only, I would like you would know who makes your veggie patty and what it is made to see what was in it, sometime people are allergic to certain things, I need to know, not helpful at all, and he wasn’t very nice or helpful about wanting to help find out about it . If working in this field you should know about your food instead of holding up two frozen veggie patties to my face and say this is it how they come, wow, always amazed how workers really don’t know the food. I do understand your working for money, but a little customer service would be nice as well

Just pass it by, you shouldn’t have to check for turned veggies and scrap mayo off the staff LOOOVE Mayo ! Not to mention their friends from high school hang out there and bs with them while they make your food.

Thrown together and shoved in a bag… I came in during the dinner rush and they were a little busy. The people behind the counter were kind but rushing me. I ordered my sandwich and had to ask the young lady multiple times what she was saying becuase she was not speaking clearly. She threw the mess of a sandwich together cut it no where near in half, rolled it up and shoved it in the bag. As I was waiting I noticed the gloves they were wearing, in my opinion are pointless. They touch everything with the gloves on, the microwave, the trays ect. I also watched one person swipe the extra tuna back into the tub then go on to make a sandwich for someone else. Sure hope they like a side of tune with the meatball sub they ordered. All in all it is a subway and I will come back and hope for better service next time.
