Always have had a good experience here, but we love Jimmy John’s. Never had anything messed up, straight up sub sandwiches. If you don’t like it go get your sandwich fogled…

Waste of time and poor service. Better off going to Subway or making it yourself! Not worth waiting for, especially when it arrived 20 minutes after it was supposed to.

Average sandwich. Average wait time. Average staff attitude. Average customer service. Average cost. Ordered a club lulu, got the club lulu. This place is so average there is really nothing bad or good to say about it. It’s almost painfully boring. The experience here was every bit a 3 star experience.

Not bad but not really good either. I ordered the country club 8″ sub. The bread and meat were good, BUT, I was a little suprised that more wasn’t on the sandwich. I wasn’t even asked if I wanted anything else on it. As I was getting my drink they just made it and wrapped it up. I atleast would have liked some onion, tomato and pickle considering the price was over $ 8.00 but again, wasn’t asked. This leads me to believe that the sandwich comes strictly as it is described in the menu and you likely need to speak up if you want anything else on it, which I find a little strange as most places do ask. Basically it was meat & cheese and mayo on french bread with lettuce. Unless it’s just this location, I don’t know. I will likely stick to Subway and Firehouse in the future. More value for the money.

Just absolutely poor services and the pizza is just not worth it. Won’t be coming back here again.

My husband and I order from here at least once a week. They are consistently fast. Consistently fresh. And consistently tasty. Never had any issues.

Just came back for my son, a worker that was eating stood up and re-put her apron over her head wiped her lips and proceeded to take our order. I was going to order something but no thank you, surprised me that my son did cause he wouldn’t have if he saw this . Please wash your hands I don’t mind you need a break and lunch but I want clean hands, that’s all . Other than that service was fast and friendly I should have said something to bring it to get attention, but thought one of her workers would have said something since he was looking right at her . On a side note my son said his sandwich is good line always.

This has always been the store I’ve had my worst experiences with. Getting sandwiches wrong or taking forever at what is supposed to be freaky fast. But this last one was the last straw. I ordered a pick up while I was at a bank nearby one night and when I arrived 10 minutes later, no one seemed to be doing much at all. I walk in and the girl in charge tells me the other girl is working on the order and will have it out in a moment. She then proceeds to talk and goof off with her two friends. The girl who worked for her didn’t know what she was doing and took forever to find sprouts. The girl in charge took several minutes to help. Then I got my sandwiches in wraps that barely held together. I got home and the bread was practically white and the sanwhiches were falling apart. I absolutely love Jimmy John’s, but I’m never returning to this one.

After reading some of the negative reviews, I had to write one to say that I have been 100% satisfied with my experience at the Queen Creek Jimmy John’s. I have been treated with extreme respect by all the team members who appear to be high school and possibly early college age kids. They are friendly and after my only going there a few times, some of them remember my order, which is impressive since I go there less than once a week! I order the unwich and LOVE it. It always tastes fresh! I have been impressed with how friendly the kids are and how they all seem to enjoy working at Jimmy John’s. I would highly recommend this location!

I ordered the #2(basically a roast beef sandwich) and this is what I got: one slice of meat and a crap ton of mayo… Very disappointing. I ate here a few weeks ago and didn’t like what I got so I thought I’d give it another try and get something different. Bad idea… Probably won’t be returning. I just don’t get what the hype is about this place.

I really like the Italian sub #9 on the menu, no mayo with the peppers. Good sandwich if you’re looking for a change.

I don’t get why so many of these are opening. The sandwich is just ok. Not better or worse that the other big sub chains. I tried several times but same old boring sandwich, the only one that kinda makes it decent is the garganutan just cuz it has more meat on it but its barely more than your trad sub spot. Sounds like folks like it it cuz they have fast delivery etc but place is not for me.

This use to be my favorite sandwich shop… no longer. Just went in there with my kids and ordered a #4. It can to me with rotten lettuce. Disgusting! Asked them to remake it without lettuce and they forgot the cheese. To top it off, there’s a bunch of high school kids working behind the counter cussing. Guessing the weekend employees are the bottom of the barrel.

Pro’s: Pretty tasty subs, everyone inside was friendly, and it was ready in a jiffy. Con’s: They are not«allowed» to give you a side of peppers, or anything for that matter. They have to put it on the sandwich. Huh? Soda was flat.

Main Points: –Fast and fresh sub sandwiches –Location is new so it’s convenient for QC residents Review: Ok, I admit, I’m a little biased when it comes to Jimmy John’s because it reminds me of good times at UofA(go Wildcats!) when I’d walk on University with my buddies and take in the«free smells» JJ’s has to offer along with their speedy sandwiches. Ahh good times! Sentiment aside, I think their bread is tasty and if you get their«club» versions of their sub sandwiches, you can throw in a 50 cent«day old bread» loaf(they sell yesterday’s bread at a discounted price, because your sandwiches are made with fresh bread) with your order and make another sub out of half the contents of your sandwich. They load it up! In the category of fast food subs, I rate Jimmy John’s a 4, yes I’m a fan. Thanks for the memories and the free smells.

I have always LOVED Jimmy John sandwiches but the experience at this location was the worst. First of all, they got my sandwich wrong. OK, it happens. I went back to the counter and they made me a new one. I didn’t check this receipt first so I don’t know if I was misheard or the guy making the sandwich made the mistake. Things got worse after this. In waiting for my order, a few of the tables cleared out but every one of them was greasy with food crumbs. I picked the least bad. Shortly afterward, the rest of the people eating in cleared out and the music was changed from something that was just background noise to HARDROCK. VERYLOUD hard rock. At this point, I threw out the rest of my sandwich and left. Somebody please tell me that the manager stepped out for a little while. I need a new sub place!

I have been to many Jimmy Johns in the past and have always been satisfied with my experience. This time, however, was different. My wife and I saw that a new location had just opened up less that 4.5 miles away and that it would be a good lunch option for delivery. We called in, told them our location, were promised they could deliver, and placed our order. 30 minutes later, we received a call telling us they could not deliver and that we would need to come pick it up. My wife was(in my eyes) justifiably upset. I called and spoke to the general manager and told him to make it better. I said you can deliver the food, which he claimed would be a violation of their franchise agreement and could make them lose their franchise. I did not push the delivery and said I would come pick it up free of charge. He refused, saying that I could do «what all the other customers do» and that since I was not inconvenienced that he wouldn’t do anything. He even claimed that he was the one inconvenienced because their«driver drove all the way to Cloud Road»(about 4 miles) and wasted gas. I feel like he did everything short of telling me just to deal with it. The manager offered no compromise and no apology. Worse, I felt as if my complaints weren’t valid and that I was being pushed off the phone. I love Jimmy John’s food, but I will not be going to this location ever again.

This is the second time I have been to a Jimmy John’s and first time in Queen Creek. The sandwiches are delicious with lots of filling and I enjoy the whole grain seedy bread. The restaurant in Queen Creek is new, clean and the staff is friendly. We added extra lettuce and tomato and they accommodated without a snicker or extra charge like some other chains. After eating here I will never go back to Subway, the cost is the same and only 75 cents more for the bigger sandwiches which my husband enjoys. They also have lettuce wraps for people with gluten problems. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that the music is way too loud in this particular restaurant. It was hard for hubby and I to converse, next time I will sit outside or take it home. Lastly, the bathroom… it was clean and on the floor in front of the stool it had and interesting fact sheet about Uranus… hilarious!!!
