Got the scrambled egg breakfast and avocado/egg white/spinach sandwich. Horrible. Eggs were burnt and portions small. On the sandwich, it was overly microwaved(?) and steamed for way too long, and the avocado wee 3 tiny pieces tossed next to the side. Also the pineapple was stale.

Foods great. I’ve been coming for about a year, but everytime horrible customer service. I get irritable thinking about making it through the line.

The food and cleanliness were both very good but the woman taking our order stated arguing with my wife that Paradise has not served Quiche in 5 years which we know is BS because we had some about a month ago… then I heard her arguing with another customer while we were eating! What happens to the customer is ALWAYSRIGHT!

Son is sick he wanted broccoli cheese soup. Bought it took it home, watery, very thin no taste, , no cheese on top like they use to do, not sure what happened, maybe they are running out so they added water to it, . We haven’t been in awhile, so maybe changed the recipe, not sure, maybe now it taste like this always, we will wait till we try again. Otherwise not for us.

Love the food but all I got today was attitude from the girls behind the counter. Oh, and they messed up my order twice.

I’ve had good past experiences with this location but surely not the last 2 times. I wanted to order some squash soup with my sandwich and was told they didn’t have it. I assumed they just ran out and didn’t want any other soup. The next time I went I saw a picture of Autumn Squash soup by the menus and asked for that. I was then told they no longer have that soup. That picture is false advertising! I’m assuming it was the manager who handed me my sandwich while I was still in line and there was no included cookie on it. I had to ask for that from the cashier. When I was eating lunch I noticed several empty dirty tables. The staff needs to be more mindful of wiping off these tables. Hopefully things improve here or I’ll just skip lunch here and take my business to Kneader’s.

Walked in and waited at the sandwich counter for 5 minutes and was never asked what I wanted. So I went to the salad counter 5 feet away and ordered my sandwich. I was then immediately told in a very rude voice by an employee, «you’re supposed to order in front of the right counter». My response was that I wasn’t being helped there, at which point I was now being ignored. So I thought to ask for a manager and then realized the rude behavior actually came from the very young manager. The evenings are ran by a by bunch of kids that know nothing about customer service. Oh, and the food is average so I’m giving two stars instead of one.

I was at this establishment Saturday night(December 12th around 5−6pm). I was with my husband 2 kids a friend and her daughter. We came in between our daughters dance recitals for a bite to eat before their next show. In the middle of eating us mothers got up to take our daughters to the restroom, we had left their food a top the tables still hardly eaten. On the return back their plates and all were cleared. 2 kids sandwiches hot chocolate milks cookies and yogurts. All of our stuff(i.e. Purses dance bags jackets and a blanket) were left at the table we had just been to the restroom. You don’t clear anything with out asking. We went to a manager and told her her response«yeah and…» Her action spoke so loud. She was very rude to us. She should have apologized and ask to remake our stuff but instead was very snarky until we had to ask her to remake it. She walk off and started to gossip and was making faces the whole time. Once she headed us the stuff we got an eye roll and a here you go. Once again no apology so I made sure to say we didn’t appreciate all the rudeness side looks eye rolls and mumbling under the breath. It’s sad when the manager at the establishment is very standoffish rude and not there to help.

I have never had poor food at Paradise Bakery but tonight was the exception. The soup was ok but the sandwich was terrible as was the service. There were only 3 couples in the place and the sandwich orders were mixed up and the bread was dry and stale. It will be quite some time before I will return for another meal. The only reason I gave 1 star was because of the soup otherwise I would have a hard time giving any.

I’m extremely frustrated with this location. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve come in– in the morning and wanted bagels and there are only a few left of varieties I don’t care for,. It’s 9:30AM it’s not like I’m here right at 11. They obviously make an order each day and that’s it. I’ve been told — well somebody came in and ordered four dozen bagels. This is the fourth time I’ve come in and the situation has happened. I didn’t think I needed to get to a bakery store by 6AM in order to get bagels! The staff is nice it’s not their fault. Management here sucks, or this wouldn’t happen Over and over! I’m sure the owner loves it as it saves on their bottom line. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

First off DONOT come here if you want to have horrible service along with the staff giving you dirty looks/judging you. Every single worker here is rude and I won’t come back unless they have different staff.

I’m sitting in the Paradise Bakery at Mesa Gateway Airport and it’s awful! The 20 somethings that work here are giving young people a bad name. Sluggish, grumpy, no smiles or «good morning». They look like they hate their jobs. They’ve got it made for customers since we are captive with only about two places to choose from here. No rhyme or reason to ordering… we wait until they are finished chatting with coworkers. Trash overflowing, out of creamer at condiment counter. They look like they’d benefit from some of that coffee they’re selling.but.oh yea… just RANOUT… have to wait for them to make some more.

My husband and I have gone to Paradise Bakery in the Queen Creek Marketplace for three years now. Unfortunately, we feel the food and service has gone downhill since they first opened. Now that the new theater has opened in the Marketplace, plan on very long lines and wait times most evenings. We usually have the same item when we eat here; the Swiss cheese and smoked ham sandwich. The first few times, the sandwiches were great; after that, the sauce they put on it was excessive to the point of dripping on the plate as you were eating the sandwich — and it made the bread soggy. So, we started asking for ‘light on the sauce’, only to receive our sandwiches with a 50 cent size dab of sauce on it. Seriously? So, we’ve had to start asking for the sauce to be on the side. Quite often, the lettuce is wilted and we take a lot of it off before we eat the sandwich. For the price, lack of interest and attitude on the part of the staff(how hard is it to make a decent ham sandwich and show appreciation to the customer?) and the fact that most of the time all the tables are dirty and we end up having to clean one to use — we’re probably going to start going to the new Kneaders Bakery that has just opened up in Queen Creek and forego this Paradise Bakery.

I really like this location, it’s such a great place to stop in for a orange cranberry muffin or a great smoothie, for lunch I’m always ordering one of the salads. It’s convenient and clean. Great for meeting up with a friend for lunch or to just grab something quick to eat. I’ve met clients and friends here, brought my laptop in and worked for hours, in peace with a glass of cucumber water.(You can also ask for fruit in your water) Mmmm!

Been there in Queens Creek AZ a couple of times. I found the help to be disinterested and the food so, so. The second time I found a piece of plastic bag in my french Onion soup, that was enough for me. More so it was the client service, they just seem to forget you are there.

All 4 coffees were empty and I had the choice of chocolate chip or cinnamon crunch bagel for any of the breakfast sandwiches. They were out of almost everything and it was only 10 in the morning on a Saturday. Who wants a steak egg and cheese sandwich on a chocolate chip bagel? The food we got was okay and after waiting 10 minutes we finally got some coffee.

Had the worst sandwich I’ve ever eaten and the soup was ok. How do you serve a sandwich with soggy bread when it was just made? Why put quarter chunks of avocado on a sandwich? Slice it over the sandwich… The steak and blue cheese salads was horrible too. My daughter barely ate it and she usually can eat the whole small bowl. The tomato soup was ok. It’s the only reason it has 2 stars, otherwise it would be a 1 star. And then to think I spent that much money on so a horrible meal. Never going back!

the food is just eh paradise bakery food. i was never too thrilled with their food. but the workers here are top notch. ive been here a few times to sit and use their wifi while enjoying a meal and coffee. each time i go in, the greet me with a smile before i even look at the menu. there is never a line. its clean. its a very nice cozy spot to be while on my laptop. i enjoy my time here. i wish the food from the company as a whole tasted better. i find most of their selections to be a bit too salty for me. i usually just get the veggie egg omelette with no salt. soups and pastas are all over salted. but no fault to the workers, i think the company just enjoys it this way. come here. its a nice place to be.

Stopped in here for an impromptu breakfast. We were actually headed to Starbucks, but couldn’t find it quickly and this place was right in front of us. So in we go. This has a similar format and menu to all Paradise Bakery outlets. We got a «Babka»(which is sort of like a chocolate cinnamon roll without the cinnamon), and a coffee was purchased. Everything was pretty good. I did think the staff here was better than most locations. More enthusiastic and helpful. Service was quick, too.
