Best coffee in the PHX area! No more Starbucks for us after tasting this golden cup of Java. We buy a 5 lb bag about every 4 – 5 weeks. Our relatives from out of state have ask us to bring this coffee to them when we visit. It is roasted fresh in front of you every day. The owners are the best!

There is something magical about Superstition Coffee. One sip and all these good feelings flood through me, equivalent to: 1) finding the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow 2) uncovering the X that marks the spot 3) meeting a good man… It’s that good! I had the almond latte for $ 3.50. I’m always afraid they will go syrup happy and make it too sweet, but not here. The flavor was so subtle that at first sip, I get the wonderful smooth coffee taste and then the almond flavor sneaks in and reminds me of a warm almond croissant(yums!). The latte came with a double shot — not a typo — of robust and bold custom small batch roasted coffee. I paired it with a vanilla bean olive oil cupcake. I felt like I was knocking at St. Peter’s gate. It’s too bad I was only in town for a short while, but I will always remember this cup of coffee. It is out of the way, but there is a lot of construction going on in the area so this area is growing. It’s definitely worth a visit. It’s inside the olive mill, which is part country store, part restaurant, and part olive processing plant(featured on Dirty Jobs). It’s super original. The coffee at Superstition will take you to somewhere magical… Believe it!

Simply the best coffee shop, in terms of taste that I have visited. Supposedly, the owner has some stake in the creation of what became the beloved frappuccino, which he servers here as a granitas. We googled his story and it checks out! I tell you this… if you ever get a chance to taste his granita, you will never drink another frappuccino! They roast their beans slowly and in small batches. This was the best cold brew I have ever tasted. The staff was super friendly, welcoming and informative. I hate finding places this great far from home. A must stop if in the area for coffee or breakfast at the fantastic place housed in the same building.

Seriously! I travel the northwest as Portland and Seattle are my territories. I am a coffee junkie. And the roasting(done on premises in small batches is by far the best I have had… ever! Yes, I have tried Seattle’s Best, Peete’s, Stumptown, Dutch Brothers… Cartel(yuck), Starbucks(burnt and bitter), Press(not a fan). The owner, Bill, has been in the import coffee business for about 40 years? And, he and his wife have owned shops in Seattle. Veneto’s? Trying to remember. Regardless, when I am in town and not travelling, I am getting my morning Latte from this place… The espresso is Italian style and so rich and chocolaty. Amazing… How do I get a franchise-Black GOLD!

Amazing coffee. Friendly service. The location is a bit out of the way, which makes it unique(inside of the olive mill). Be sure to grab a cupcake.

We try to make it here either Saturday or Sunday morning for our coffee before we hit the trails in our 4Runner. This is coffee handcrafted with love and care and the quality shows. The staff is always friendly. We recommend trying an Almond Granida, it’s awesome!

Super good, cold-brewed iced coffee and cheap refills! I stumbled upon this place by accident(thanks to Unilocal) I was looking for a caffeine fix somewhere between Florence and Chandler and I didn’t mind taking the scenic route. I was pleased to see that it is nestled inside a Olive Mill and gift shop and I really appreciated that the café was separate from the food line so I didn’t have as long of a wait. I recommended this place to all of my family and friends who visited the area and I will definitely return if I find myself in that part of town again!

5 star service and smiles. As I write this I’m actually sipping some delicious coffee from Superstition. This buzzing caffeine hive is located inside Queen Creek Olive Mill, towards the back of the venue. This local coffee corner not boasts a rotating selection of delightful coffees, but they also roast every batch in-house, in an old school roasting thing-a-ma-jig. As you buy your cup or bag of happiness, the owners will let you know a roasting demo is happening soon and they are ready and willing to answer any of your hyperactive coffee fueled questions. I bought a bag of whole bean Vento’s Blend medium roast that can also be used for espresso purposes as well. Great flavor and pretty strong even for a medium roast. This place is solid for a pre or post breakfast blend at Queen Creek Olive Mill. Drink on my coffee loving brothers and sisters!

Best coffee in Arizona — so says the California girl. Enjoying my superstition roast grounds and tumbler, but fighting the urge to make the drive back out! That latte yesterday was heaven!

These guys mean business when it comes to coffee! The divine aroma of roasting coffee first lead me to their counter. Needless to say, I was not disappointed and even left with a bag of the Superstition coffee. I am enjoying a cup of the smooth, bold brew as I write this, and planning my next trip to try their granitas!

Fabulous coffee bar inside QC Olive Mill. I have a lovely experience every time I go. Bill even gave us a mini coffee lesson today. We loved it! Terri is so sweet. Such great customer service. They know what they are doing. They know their coffee. It really is so rare to see business owners take such pride in their product and business. I’m so appreciative of that as a customer. I would be here every day if I didn’t live in Chandler! I had a cappuccino and husband had a traditional macciato(not on the menu). Both were phenomenal. My only gripe is that they don’t have almond milk. Come on Bill and Terri, no one drinks soy anymore! Overall, great spot!

I am so impressed! I thought everything out here was just strip malls and chains. It made finding the place a little difficult. I didn’t expect one large free standing building surrounded by desert, trees, and picnic tables. I walked in and was even more impressed. This place had options. The coffee shop is simply under the same roof as an olive mill. In one corner there are outstanding breakfast and sandwich options, gelato and pizza in another, and locally pressed olive oil sold in the center. The coffee, was great and the ambiance superb.

Superstition Coffee is exactly what we were looking for in a coffee bar: 1) Quality coffee — Bill(the owner and roaster) sources and roasts all of the raw coffee himself, and Terri(Bill’s wife) is an expert barista running an incredibly beautiful espresso machine. The drinks are fantastic! My wife and I enjoy Americanos(espresso + water) and Superstition’s are better than The Coffee Shop or Liberty Market, and you can forget Starbucks… 2) Friendly, passionate people — My wife and I have been in for coffee once a week for four weeks and Bill and Terri know us by name. Both of them are passionate about great coffee, and they are genuinely warm and welcoming people. Bill has a teacher’s heart and has a wealth of knowledge about how coffee is grown, harvested, blended, roasted, prepared, and enjoyed. Terri always engages us in conversation and clearly loves people. 3) Locally roasted coffee — You can’t get more locally roasted than this! Bill roasts the coffee in small batches 10 feet away from the espresso machine. We like it so much that we’ve switched to brewing Superstition Coffee at home, and we love it! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!
