Dunkin’ Donuts

We were excited to have DD. put a location close our house. We got up early to get fresh doughnuts. Our coffees were mediocre the doughnuts were pre packed from another location who knows when they were made. All together unsatisfying experience. I have no idea why someone would give this place 4 stars

The coffee here used to be rather tasty; however, recently it has tasted sour or bitter. It seems they cannot get that perfect combination. Food is okay. Service used to be better but I fear they lost a key Employee. At least I haven’t seen her lately and that’s when the drinks began going downhill. Hopefully they will fix the issue as this location is convenient for us!

Ok driving up to the window the young man looked very dingy and his hands and nails were horrible. Chewed up nails and dirty. Come on, I know you need bodies to run the business but looking like your employees rolled out of bed and put on a work hat is not making it. Please speak to your employees and have them at least looking clean and presentable. And coffee at times, many times is not consistent.

Love these guys! The early morning crew is friendly and fast. Great customer service!

Had a craving at 6 in the evening today and when I went through the drive thru they only had 2 varieties of Munchkins. The lady through the speaker justified the lack of variety with: «because it’s so late in the day». I wasn’t aware Dunkin’ Donuts had an early bedtime. Yet the sign on their drive-​thru window says that their entire menu is available ALL day every day. What a disappointing experience. Won’t be returning to that location.

It’s hit or miss, when there busy they make the worst drinks, in there defense they getting better for sure. They always have drinks specials if you have there app thanks dunkin. Example they have macchiato for $ 1.99 this month. If made right that’s cheap and oh so good. Watch out Starbucks. Lol
Okay maybe not yet. They do need to improve on being consistent. There doughnuts are nothing to even mention… Don’t act like you don’t already know this.

Updating my review to say that the service has seemed to get better and the drive-​thru a bit quicker. And if you’re really in the mood for a sandwich, try the grilled cheese… still pretty greasy but served with two types of cheese and on Texas toast. Yum!

I am an avid Dunkin Donuts fan and it’s the only coffee place I go to. This location is 1 minute from my house and I was excited that it was so close. The first time I went in, there was garbage everywhere in the sitting area. No sight of any employee cleaning it up. I placed an order for 5 drinks. When my order came, none of the drinks were labeled so I asked the man which coffee was which. He took the lid off my cup and stuck his nose in it to try and guess. I was completely grossed out. My drink also tasted awful. Despite this bad experience, I decided to give it one more try to see if it was just a bad day. The same slob worker was there and my drink was just as bad. If you read Google reviews, there are people who talk about the same guy doing very unsanitary things to the utensils and drinks. Save yourself the possibility of infection and take the extra 10 minute drive to the Rittenhouse location, where everyone is super friendly and the coffee is great. I hope the franchise owner reads this so they can fire the awful employees who are going to end up getting this location shut down due to their negligence of sanitation.

This location is horrible. In the 3 times that I’ve visited, they are rude, never thank you for coming and never seem to get my order correct. They’re around the corner from my house, but I will not be spending money there again.

The newest Dunkin Donuts in our area, great location too. The inside has a lounge atmosphere with a couch and 4 comfy chairs. The are also 3 booths and tables which make it inviting to sit and linger a while. Everything seems clean too. The coffee and donuts are Dunkin and taste the same as at every other Dunkin, which means that they taste great. Have not had a bad experience here.

Doughnuts always seem hard and stale no matter what time of day. I have also been sold expired milk every time I’ve been there so now I have to make sure to request unexpired milk when I order.
