7-Eleven

The Amazon Locker is extremely convenient. As of May 2016 that makes this 7 – 11 worth 5 stars in my opinion. All you need is your confirmation /​access code and it takes 30 seconds to get your package. The future of shipping is here.

This location has good customer service. Great place to find what you need for a great price.

Not a great 7-​eleven. I brought in my old lottery ticket and I asked to get the same numbers for a new one. The ladies at the register looked at me like I had five heads. They said, «Same numbers? Why don’t you write it on the paper and we can scan that instead?» I looked at her like she had a gazillion heads. They really should train people better. As they were figuring it out, I said, «there’s a way to scan it!» FINALLY, they called over someone who knew what to do.
Really slow and poorly trained in areas dealing with customer service. Never ask the customer (s) to do something that the employees can do themselves.

Ok, I am really excited because I just found out that this 7 eleven has an amazon locker!!! I can order from amazon from home and have my package shipped to the locker. The best part is that I don’t have to wait all day for UPS. I can pick up my package at my convenience. I can also pick up snacks to take on the way home. Granted their space is really large and they are not filled to the rim with products but they offer the basics, gas, coffee, small hot snacks and cold drinks etc.

Worst 7 – 11 on the planet.

This place has nothing compare to the other 7 eleven, you can’t even buy cigarettes or get Citibank ATM. There’s never any pastries late at night and the staff seems not to care if the customer needs help or to check out items. All they do is hang out and are never to be seen unless I stand in front the register for over 5 minutes. This is the first 7-​eleven I really dislike and I will try to avoid it

The mobile mart at the Mobil gas station on 42 – 02 Queens Blvd finally re-​branded itself to be the first 7-​Eleven in the Sunnyside neighborhood. The store will remain a convenient spot for residents and drivers to pick up small snacks and drinks while they fill up their tanks. The store can be seen in the midst of remodeling with quite a bit of empty space and shelves. The store will be open 24 hours with hot and cold drinks and packaged snacks available for purchase. The staff mentioned that fresh food offerings are not available yet, but they are on their way. At the very least, the Big Gulp and Slurpee are here!
