Went here on a Saturday night at around11:30 place was empty… my friends and i didnt mind place was small and VERY loud. When we ordered our hookah it took about 20mins to come weird cause we were the ONLY ones there why take so long? Not to mention it seem as if we was being ignored. Later on it became pretty busy. The waitress did apologize and gave us 2 free shots. THAT was the only highlight of our night. Now for the crazy part, the people next to us was so crazy that they had bump into our table which cause our fucking hookah pipe to fall! After cursing them out my girlfriend and i decided to get the check n leave… our check came roughly about 15 mins to come… i regret now walking out without paying but because i had morals i stayed. Whats more crazy is that our Bill came out to $ 106 FOR 3 drinks and one hookah pipe… WHAT THE FUCK. they had over charge us by paying gratitude 2 times at 2 different prices… how the hell is that possible?! I was so disgusted with the quality of the hookah (very poor) WATER DOWN drinks and the price I decided not to argue and just leave. Never again will i go there nor will i tell my friends to. Im glad i found this spot so i know never to go there. Thank you for your Shit.

Great hookah, strong drinks. I had the sexy in Brazil. The music is good, lots of hip hop. Not too crowded. However, this spot does not serve food. But there’s a great 24 HR spot on the corner.

The second stop of hookah hopping in queens and this one was much better than the first one. The hookah was very good we had tropical fruit in a pineapple. They had a full bar, and the specialty drinks were delicious. They place had good music, which the DJ played everything from hip hop to Latin. The loss of the star is that the person that checked the hookah never came around and I had to ask the waitress where he was so he can check the hookah, and the place was not busy at the time. I would still come back again.

Looking to hang out with your friends at the RIGHT hookah lounge can be a real problem especially when they don’t serve drinks. Look no further, because I have the remedy for the situation.
At Boogatti, there is no competition. Upon entering the establishment, you quickly get caught by the amazing artwork and flashy lights. What’s even more engaging was the fact that they have a OUTSIDE PATIO! The pleasure of enjoying your smoke and brew can be nothing described nothing short of delightful.
I ordered Tropical mix on a fresh fruit head and a Boogatti margarita. Service was on point (A1), excellent customer service and very superficial during my visit. My server was down to earth and very sociable. The hookah was something out of this world, the fresh fruit head was decorated in a lovely design. It pulled smoother than a Cuban cigar and the flavors were intertwined perfectly like different sounds in a orchestra. The house cocktail was superb, very savory and crisp. It was so exquisite that I had to order three. I definitely had to take care of the server and the bartender, one of the most memorable times of my life. Coming back here 100%, see you on the weekend BOOGATTI!!!

The hookah was really good but service was so bad server was drinking and hookahing and on her phone the whole time ! Took 15 min to get a hookah and never was friendly or said thank you when delivering the check which we had to get up to get. Then after check was delivered she’s back to her phone. Dj was really good though

Bar tender was very rude. Never have I ever been to a place order a drink and got pressured to pay for it at the very moment. She tried to charge my friend twice for the same drink when I asked her for the recite she claimed she didn’t have it and I need to wait for a manager. Once manger arrived which was a female and she looked like she was 18 years old very rude .not a very approachable person. over all I had a horible experience and will not be returning back let’s not mention the glass door been cracked like a huge fight broke down

Well I’m giving this establishment 4 stars because no place is perfect but honestly I had a great time, besides the fact my 2 friends who where 20 were not allowed in do to its «21 & over policy». The hookah was really good I loved its smooth the taste was yummy. The staff was very attentive maybe a bit too much but it’s better than being ignored. :)

Amazing service, amazing drinks and the hookahs Are very cool. They come with a fake gun attached to it and you basically smoke out of it, try it with the orange makes it Taste amazing. The place is extremely clean and once again the waitress are very friendly make you feel right at home.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First off, if I wanted to go to «the hood» I would’ve just stayed in the Bronx… At least the people appear less sketchy in my borough.
I was walking down Steinway hookah bar hopping with my friend when I came across this little spot. What attracted me was the shotgun hookahs, of course. They looked so cool. We ordered one and I was highly disappointed. I did however take a cute pic with the hookah. The hookah in itself was horrible. They shouldn’t even call it hookah… I later found out that it had no tobacco and was only flavor. Why wouldn’t they tell you this beforehand? What’s the point of smoking hookah if you’re blowing flavor? So deceiving.
I also forgot to mention that after I ordered a beer and the hookah they immediately asked for the cash upfront. I have never encountered this before, and it was weird. What kind of place does this?
Also, when asking for water, my friend was given a half cup and told they are not supposed to give out cups of water. WTF is this!!! Also, the bartender paid no mind to us all night and was rude.
Within 15 minutes of being in here, a fight broke out. A girl was fighting the bouncer. I don’t know what kind of an establishment has a bouncer whom looks like he had difficulties restraining the girl. She was a few kicks and punches in before she was finally escorted out, with difficulty, by the bouncer.
This is not a safe place to be.
The staff apologized and claimed this has not happened before. Why do I have a feeling this was not true? Everyone looked so calm. I felt this may be the norm here. We were given free shots afterwards. There were not that many people in this place as it is so small… tops there were 15 people. I think they should have at least asked us what shot we wanted rather than pouring Jim Beam, as if everyone likes this. It’s the least they could do given that the security here is a joke and we witnessed something crazy.
I finished my beer and hookah and left. As I was leaving I noticed police in front of the bar. Also, the glass door entrance was broken. Needless to say I will never be returning. Place is weird and full of animals! I was literally there for like half hour and witnessed all this bs
