Two of my friends and I went there the other day. As we entered the establishment, there were many women there to choose from for the massage. We were each taken to a separate room and as soon as I got in the room, the masseuse requested to be paid the $ 30 charge. I gave her $ 40 and when she came back she didn’t give me my change, so I figured that was her $ 10 tip. One of my friends said that they charged an extra $ 3 because he used a debit card. The massage itself was very amateurish and she did not know what the hell she was doing. Essentially, it was mediocre at best. Also, I could not explain anything to her since she did not speak enough English to understand. After the massage, she asked for her tip. I told her that the $ 10 she got was her tip and she kept hounding me for another $ 10 saying that $ 20 is the minimum tip. Who the hell gives a $ 20 tip for a $ 30 massage. They are total rip-offs. I WILLNEVERGOTHEREAGAIN.

Though I am cured of any shoulder pains, the massage itself was quite painful. She literally stepped on top of me the entire time. At some points I couldn’t breathe. I was looking for something a bit more soothing, something I could nap to.

While I like chinese footrub places, I had a terrible experience here. The women seemed to not understand that I wanted to know if a footrub included a clothed massage as is the practice at another establishment: relax foot in chinatown. It does not here. I then asked for a female therapist for a massage. The cashier asked me to pay in advance and told me 10 times in a panicked/angry tone that I must give a 10 dollar tip. Okay, okay, I get it. The place seemed shady despite papers on the wall that said«NOSEXUALSERVICES». A male client from a country that I will not name, arrived shortly after I did. I could hear him tell the girl that«I get hard/hot(could not make out which) everytime he gets a massage and this was his third massage in 5 days.» Yuck. You strip to your panties and lie on a paper covered bed but they put a towel on you. God knows how clean it was. The lotion smelled bad. I could hear the workers talking to each other, the above mentioned client talking all the time and the massage itself was not effective. Not to mention that unlicensed people should not be giving massages which are a bigger deal than footrubs. Waste of money and time.

This place is newer, thus cleaner than the other bodywork places on the block. I admit, I chose it because it had pretty pink and purple signage. The price is $ 25 for foot, and $ 30 for body. Pretty standard prices for Flushing, I used a credit card and was charged $ 3 extra. Came here around 7pm, so everyone was eating dinner and the place smelled like food, can’t blame them, they gotta eat! Got Winnie, she was really nice, she talked a lot, but I was actually ok with this because she is hilarious! She asked me specifically where I was aching so I’m happy with my massage because my headache is gone and I felt all loosened up afterwards! Only part I didn’t like was I had the room right next to the entrance so I heard all the transactions going on by the front desk. Also they walk on your back here, next time I’ll ask them not to since I felt like my windpipe was being crushed!

Went to Gong Spa on a recommendation from a friend. Upon walking up the stair, the place is new and clean. Check out the room before committing to a massage. The room were roomy and clean. The hostess Jessica ask if I prefer a foot or back massage and if I like it hard or soft. I ask for back and strong, she bring a girl from the back. The price was $ 30/hr, going rate in Flushing. no problem. The girl was good, and strong and I was like jelly within minutes. I would very happy with my experience and would go back again and would recommend others.
