I got the fried mac and cheese and was pleasantly surprised at how it tastes; it really took comfort food to the next level. House of Mac totally nailed having their own style and I definitely look forward to trying the other flavors and forms of Mac and cheese. They also have a unique variety of toppings and sauce that perfectly complement the Mac and cheese~

I Tried the classic mac and cheese and the mac and cheese waffle at International night definitely was worth the 25 minute wait in line! The orders were given out quickly. M favorite was the mac and cheese waffle, it came topped with pork belly. Definitely One of my favorite vendors there.

BOMB mac and cheese 3 ways — classic w/bacon, deep fried balls with marinara, and my personal fav — WAFFLE MAC with pork belly and green sauce aka crack sauce. Totally worth the wait. MUST TRY!!!

The waffle mac is amazeballs. Something about the slow roasted flavorful braised pork with the yummy mystery green sauce on top of crispy yet cheesy mac… Can’t get enoughh. Let’s just say, I ordered a second one before I even finished my first waffle mac.
