My mother used Dr. Ozerov a few years back in Queens. The Doctor was extremely helpful in explain the procedure in terms that she could understand. Everything went well and I would highly recommend Dr. Ozerov to anyone. The procedure itself only took about 15 minutes and was painless according to my mom.

Update:
Received her «bill» of $ 245 which also does not reflect the usual/customary rate that we were summarized with from his insurance. She tried to overcharge us.
And come on, $ 245 for touching his eye and saying «sorry you have to come back another time»???
This is the worst «doctor» I have ever met in my life.
