McDonald’s

This restaurant was the most appealing-​looking restaurant in the JFK Terminal 7 food court. It’s got all the typical McDonald’s menu offerings, including my go-​to – the fish sandwich. The food tasted fine and consistent with all the McDonald’s I’ve been to.
The prices seem quite a bit higher than the Texas McDonald’s locations with a filet-​of-​fish combo totaling $ 9.13. It’s ok. I’m starving.
After a below-​average connection experience at this airport with mean, scowling, yelling staff everywhere, my day was brightened when the cashier here became the first JFK airport employee to smile at me.

It’s an airport McDonalds, what more is there to know? It’s located in the JFK food court with shared seating. Close to the bathroom and good place to kill time. It happened to be right next to my gate so was nice to have a place to relax.

Its McDonald’s what did you expect Chez Luis.

Thank goodness we had plenty of time before our flight. There were 5 customer ahead of me & I noticed after 10min of the two customers at the ordering spot, they have not moved nor the cashiers seemed to hurry them along. One customer seemed to be asking a lot of questions while the other one counted out $ 12 in coins. Then again the next two asked more questions. Finally I just wanted a combo, paid and stepped aside & waited for my food. This is where my frustration started to surfaced. I stood there watching all help just standing around & talking & joking with each other. They didn’t seemed to be in any hurry.
Hello some people have a plane to catch or some employees have a 30min lunch.
Now this is not a well supervised operation. As I watched the ordering line grow and my food still has not shown up in over 10 mins.
The owners of this franchise really should check on the operation & see why your business is not flourishing like the other franchises.

So far best McDonald’s breakfast I had so far. The Sausage Egg Cheese McGriddle actually had meat that I would believe that came from an animal and the egg didn’t taste like plastic. The hashbrown was thicker than usual and cooked crisply to perfection. The cashier kindly gave me six cream on the side when requested. Satisfying breakfast. ($ 5.87)

Make sure you check your order after your receive your food. They get my order wrong 60% of the time. And it’s McDonald’s… in an airport… shall I get into the details of food quality and customer service? Methinks not.

Eh slow and disorganized mcdees at the airport. Pricey too. But I guess what can you expect?

Slowest McDonalds ever. We came here before our 7am flight to grab a quick bite. I waited on line for 20 minutes to order an EggMcmuffin, even though there were only like 5 people ahead of me. Crazy!!!

Had my stomach rocking. I felt sick immediately after eating it. The strawberries and crème pie was good though.

I normally do not eat fast food but when airport construction deadlines hold you hostage I reluctantly obliged and ate two grilled chicken snack wraps, food was fine, service was umm, fast… and the cashier was a cool lady.

By far the worst McDonalds ever. Customer service is non-​existent, and the food was shit (even bearing in mind the general low calibre of food quality v’s realistic expectations).
Go hungry instead.

I am NOT a frequenter of McDonald’s, but when we arrived at JFK to find our other options bleak McDonald’s it was!
I tried the oatmeal with nuts and was So surprised at how tasty it was. I was bummed they don’t serve ANY other items then breakfast during breakfast, I missed french fries :(The hash brown I tried to use to replace them, was a greasy disaster.
The service was pretty lame, no smiles, no rush, but hey it’s McDonald’s in an airport.

The customer service here was laughably awful… Do yourself a favor, if you have some time get a bite to eat at the Todd English sit down restaurant in the same food court. I wish I HAD!
