Bar area kept dirty and there is a stupid rule that is beyond ridiculous. They give you a $ 10 card to use «for anything on the menu». A glass of wine is $ 15. A friend gave me his card and they would not combine the two cards.
This is an embarrassment for Amex Platinum members.
