Never open. The worst customer service. Prices are ridiculously high. Go elsewhere. I live around the corner, and the shop is never open. Even during their business hours. It’s a shame too because it has potential.
I brought my bike in to get a tune up, and had to bring it to another shop to have it done right.

both my friend and I went here to fix our bikes’ flat tires. Within less than a quarter mile, we got flats again. they did a terrible job. I called them to complain and they simply dismissed my complaint instead of offering an apology or fixing it again. I threatened to not return and give them a bad review and their response was «good, don’t come back!» please go somewhere else.

worst bike shop. NO mechanics that work there on site. the «mechanics» come in whenever they want. dropped off a bike, no one touched my bike for a week. the staff try to push their service thinking you don’t know about bicycles. i saw some kids come in needing some parts tightened, staff couldn’t even handle basics… go elsewhere! not worth it, not even for emergencies! they won’t be around much longer.
