I’m a big fan of supporting local businesses(and buccini’s definitely helps make it easy to do that.) The food is always hot & fresh. I usually get the buffalo chicken pizza(and it comes loaded with chicken.) It’s so good & $ 10 for a pizza is also such a great price. I also recently tried their baby spinach chicken salad which was also very good. And lets not forget their cinnamon sticks. Those things are so good(especially if you have a sweet tooth like me.) I order from buccini’s probably twice a month(usually thru foodler or grub hub) and usually get it delivered. The delivery guys are always so nice & the food comes quick. I also appreciate that the delivery people come to my dorm building instead of the front gate of my school(which a lot of other food places don’t do.) Definitely a plus on that end, and I appreciate it! I recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a good local pizza & grinder place. Definitely a returning customer!

The food was absolutely delicious! …Until I bit into a piece of glass the size of my fingernail. It was in my firecracker wrap. I have to say I really debated opening the wrap and searching for more glass in order to keep eating because it was THATGOOD. Needless to say I contacted the restaurant and will be getting a refund. And no, I did not continue eating the food. Can’t imagine what that kitchen must look like to miss this HUGE piece of glass. I should’ve taken my chances at Chipotle… The girl on the phone was very nice and apologetic(but did not however offer much help other than reaching out to GrubHub for the refund). Good food, totally ruined for me.

Average, nothing special about the food and nothing awful to say but bland. So many other similar food options in the area that would keep us from ordering here again and delivery takes 45 minutes plus though we live less than 5 minutes away.

They have the best tuna subs/roll ups ever. And they are fast– quick delivery and service when you’re there. can’t beat that!

Almost everything on the menu is homemade! From meatballs to bleu cheese, and from ceasar dressing to buffalo sauce, all homemade! They definitely have the best buffalo chicken calzones around Quincy. Italian subs are delicious, antipastos are bomb, its all good. Friendly staff, always greet customers and never neglected. I recommend trying anything buffalo here, they have have the best buffalo sauce and their bleu cheese goes well with it.

Called and ordered a few subs tonight and they were very tasty and fresh. Friendly customer service as well. Hadn’t been in a while — will stop in again soon!

Ordered some pizza, salad and fries for me and the kids. Delivery was pretty fast. As soon as I open up the pizza, there’s a dead bug is just hanging out right in it. Decent size. F*cking gross. I was so pissed off and just disgusted. I called them and they sent another pizza but who the f*ck would want to eat any more of their food? Disgusting. I feel kinda bad giving a review like this, but wtf? How does that big bug get in the pizza and no one notice and you come give it to me and my kids? They should’ve given me back my money. Salad sucked too by the way.

Ordered pizza and salad. Pizza came stone cold and salad was not what I ordered. I do not recommend this place.

Didn’t disclose the peanut sauce on their Sweet Caroline pizza. It’s a good thing my wife wasn’t home or we could have been on our way to the hospital. Instead I spent much of the night cleaning the kitchen to be sure. Lost a customer — the pizza isn’t good enough to be worth the risk.

I ordered a Salami and Provolone sandwich. The sandwich was a little meager on the meat; but the vegetables were really fresh.

Horrible place for delievery!!! Friday afternoon at 1230 I placed an order for a salad. 1 hour later it still did not show up! I called and to them it was like no big deal! I don’t even think they prepared it. I have given this place chance after chance. It’s a horrible place, the good isn’t that good and there delievery sucks!!! I will report to BBB as well. Customer service is disgusting as well. Not even an explanation as to WHY the food hadn’t even been started. DONE.

A-ok. I really enjoyed the turkey gobler sub, but the chicken finger sub was meh. The garlic knots are fantastic though! Really buttery and yummy. I think I’d go back just for those!

I’m usually feeling let down by most sub shops, but not this one. I’ve loved all the food that I have ordered from this place! Their chicken broccoli alfredo is delicious, and their steak tips are amazing. I wish they would tell me what they use for a marinade. The staff is friendly and the delivery is fast. I definitely recommend this place.

Its a great spot in Quincy and I often get super excited when i see the delivery car driving around quincy. I tend to get a ton of appetizers and pizza from this place since everything is very flavorful and the food isnt too greasy. The subs here are good and are toasted to perfection, not too burnt if you know what I am saying. I usually grab a meatball sub, fries, garlic knots and some sort of pasta when I want a quick lunch. They are really quick when you order over the phone and you’re in a rush! They have amazing garlic knots that I order every single time, whether it be in store or delivery. One of the few good places to get pizza in quincy. Worth a try guys.

I’ll start this review saying that I have ordered from Buccini’s in the past and the food was very good. 4 Stars good. Better than most Pizza in the Quincy area. On the Customer Service side — I’m very disappointed. Ordered dinner last night at 8pm(Buccini’s said it was open til 9:30p) — Submitted my order(and credit card info) online — Received a confirmation email — Where’s the food? Around 9:15pm(hour and fifteen minutes after we ordered) I decided it best to call to see what was going on, considering they were closing at 9:30pm. No answer. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited til 9:30pm and called again. No answer. So now, my order has been submitted, but I have no idea if it is on the way or not. I checked their online«tracker» system and it still says my order is being prepared. Glad we waited until after 10pm and the food never showed. I responded to their confirmation email(which is a gmail account, so I know someone has to be monitoring it) asking if it was going to be showing up… no response. Still no response today. Am I going to be charged for the order that never showed? I don’t know. Is that food still being prepared? If Buccini’s closed early — I get it… but you probably need to figure out a system that doesn’t still give people confirmation emails saying their order is «on the way» only to leave them waiting for nothing. Also, the fact that it’s 4:17pm and no one has called me or emailed me back apologizing or explaining what happened to our order is terrible customer service. I logged into my Buccini’s account today and saw that my order from last night was deleted, but that doesn’t explain anything to me. Sadly, I don’t think I will be ordering here again(for obvious reasons).

This place is such a joke. Chicken Parm subs and the chicken isn’t breaded. They’re either 1) Not Italian 2) cheap or 3) lazy. I bought my sub, drove all the way back to work, took off the tin foil and my head almost exploded. Plain chicken with red sauce on it. So embarrassing. I would have loved to stuff the hot sub in the guy’s face when I brought it back. The chicken was all veiny and I took one bite and had to spit it out. Your business is an embarrassment. Learn how to make subs you lazy f’s!!!

Four stars! Great neighborhood spot. Very friendly service! I rushed in just as the«lunch special» expired, but the boys were totally cool, and honored it anyways. For the record, the lunch special is a stomach-cash saver for those with sadly packed wallets. For $ 7 you get — a small hot or cold sub, a medium sized drink and Cape Cod Potato chips. For .50 more, you can upgrade your chips to a very generous portion of fries. You can upgrade your sandwich to an extra large — and the meal deal still hovers under $ 9. Speaking of the hot subs — Buccini’s chicken tender sub is de-lish! In a small sub — you get approximately three large, juicy chicken tenders, smothered in your choice of cheese, diced tomatoes and onions, lettuce and mayo. Add pickles for no extra cost. They have the cheese-chicken ratio down to a science, the veggies appear fresh, and everything is wrapped up lovingly in multiple layers of tin foil. As already mentioned, the fries are HUGE! They are crispy, and big, and potato-y, just the way I like them. Tips: Check in on Unilocal, and you get a free garlic knots app for free. You get about six larger-sized knots with marinara sauce. They are yum– but could be a bit crispier. I found them a little too soft and oily for my liking — but still very tasty. If you join their email list —(online or on sight) — you’ll get a coupon for 20% off your next purchase, in your email box. If you join the email list: you’ll be entered into monthly drawings for free gift cards!

I just had a meatball sub and garlic knots(free with Unilocal check-in offer). Then I took a a Derek Jeter(i.e., legendary #2) before the Patriots game. The order took longer than I thought because they were so busy, but they were polite as always. #review300 #cantwearskinnyjeansbecauseiatetoomanyknots

My first experience here was not so good, and I posted a Unilocal review commenting on the quality of food delivered to me on that night. I have to say, my most recent experience was very different. We ordered the steak tips and one of the gourmet pizzas and everything was pretty good! Overall I feel like I got good value for my money. This establishment is very customer-focused. I wish I had called and let the management know about my first experience before posting to Unilocal. It must have been an off night, which can happen anywhere.
