Dunkin’ Donuts

I went here one morning while I was going to school and I decided to actually go into the store instead of going through the drive through because I thought it would be faster. Totally wrong. There were like five people working in the store and half of them were standing around talking. No one wanted to help me or take my order. So after standing there for a solid 3 minutes someone finally took my order. If it was actually busy I wouldn’t have been mad but so many people just weren’t doing anything. I’ve worked at a coffee shop before. If you have one person in the store you just take their order quickly, it’s not that hard and the longer you make someone wait the less likely it is you will get a tip.

I’d rather go through a drive thru than stand in line for a medium iced coffee. There’s not many in Boston. So when I see a drive-​thru DD, I must use it.
