Staff is a bit rude both on the phone and in store. Acting like they are doing a favor by answering your questions or waiting on you. Kids clothing is overpriced and worn.

The clothing selection moves pretty quickly so it is nice to stop by every couple of weeks. A lot of items are dated but I’ve scored some cheap tops for the summer! I’ll definitely keep coming back. Be warned though, there isn’t much room to browse and friendliness isn’t their top priority. But whatever. if you’re in the area, take 15 minutes out of your day to see what treasure you’ll find.

Very nice to me because I go in enough that they know me and buy a lot when in… But they don’t make a friendly first impression when you’re a new customer. They do have some good stuff though!

Great selection of jewelery, hand bags, shoes, and clothes. Every time I walk in I leave with several bargains! With selections ranging from Gap, LOFT, Coach, J Crew, D&B and others Finders Keepers is a fantastic place to find a deal. There’s also a great kid’s section. As a teacher I found a plethora of children’s books(almost new) for very reasonable prices, anywhere from 75 cents to $ 3.00 a book! The staff is super friendly and helpful if you are trying to decide between items or are looking for something in particular. Within walking distance(O.2 mi) from Wollaston T stop, Finder’s Keepers is also easily accessible to those who live in Boston!

I’ve purchased items here, but never sold any on consignment. I go in when I am in the area for work. I usually score some great deals on kids clothes, or on nicer label items for me. I’ve gotten a beautiful dress to wear to a wedding, some designer jeans, and a nice leather bag the last few times I have been there, never paying even 25% of what I would have paid new. They seem to be very careful about what they take, because everything I’ve seen for sale there has been in near perfect shape. Kids clothes there are a steal when they have a sale, and very fairly priced even when not on sale. The last time I was in it looks like they gave the store a makeover, new paint, etc. The staff is very nice and friendly, and they seem to remember people — I’m not in that often but they remembered me from the last time and that I had kids, and what ages. It was a nice touch.

Call ahead because the owner works on a seasonal basis due to limited space. Don’t even dare bring anything with a bird on it. I mean anything from grandma’s cardinal sweater to Anthropologie swallow hardware. She is Irish and very superstitious.

My two star rating is subject to change once we see if my consignment clothing sells itself off in the next 5 weeks. Ten weeks is the window of time that the clothes are meant to sell, and if not, you have the option of picking them back up or letting them sit on the racks and be discounted. Payment comes after the clothes are sold. The store manager was peachy on the phone and in person. She took a look-loo at my clothes –I brought 8 pieces of women’s clothing –and told me they were very nice. Judging from the inventory on the racks, I had to say I was surprised how dated a lot of the clothing looked, but this is also a major recession and chances are the store has a lot of traffic and the more contempo stuff is being snatched up by the thrifty throngs. The kids clothing was all very neat and organized and I definitely want to return to peruse. UPDATE: 2 of my items sold in 10 weeks and a check was cut for $ 15 — much more than I would have made selling my stuff at a garage sale. I left the rest of the items to stay on the racks at a discount. Good experience over all.
