I’ve seen them have harpoon winter warmer in stock in June… which is kind of gross. Wine selection is awful and the place smells. The guy who always works there makes a point of carding me every time(which is fine since I’m not THAT old) however he’s had some awkward comments towards me. The last time he carded me I handed the card to him and when I tried to take it back he held onto it and wouldn’t give it back for a second. Anyway, I’ve had a few liquor stores I’ve loved going to and had a rapport with the people who worked there and this is not one of them. It makes me miss the place in Cleveland Circle.

Although the location on Hancock Street is quite convenient, I find myself staying away from Regal Beagle Liquors. The staff is not knowledgeable at all… I asked for Drambuie and the counterperson did not even know what that type of alcohol was. How do you work at a liquor store and not know what Drambuie is? It also smells very funny in there. I’ll keep my distance.

Really hasn’t changed much, for a good buy at this location buy in bulk, like liter /handle. For certain liquor brands you can save 3 to 4 dollars. They sell the small nips /really good variety, half’s /pints but the real savings is if you buy the larger quantity. The beer there(non-domestic), or even some of the domestic is more expensive for certain six packs /12 packs. So buy in bulk only. Again its indian owned so if that isn’t your thing, go elsewhere. The customer service has improved but that is really because of the lady that works there occasionally.

I wondered why a pet store was selling booze. Turns out, not a pet store. However, they do have semi cheap booze and are a 2min walk from my house(score!). Id rather spend 28 bucks on Level Vodka than a beagle anyway. You cant get drunk off a beagle.
