It’s a good thing the food was really good. The time it took to get the food. It took 30 minutes at lea test from order to arrival. Poor little waitress did her best to keep our glasses full.

Seems a bit pricey for basically standard chain restaurant food. One exception though is the guacamole. I’m a huge guacamole fan, and theirs is by far the best anywhere remotely near here! They claim to hand smash it when ordered, and I believe them. The so-called guacamole in all of the local Mexican restaurants is truly tragic. The coffee here is very good as well. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get a decent cup of coffee in most Quincy restaurants!

Excellent meal and awesome service. My wife had the ribs and they just fell of the bones. My ribeye was one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. We both loved the ample salad bar. It was a very enjoyable meal.

This place used to be a family favorite; it’s gone downhill fast. The salad bar was a favorite. On our last visit, the food and the service were not great. It’s still rather pricy though. My family of four spent $ 70 there the other night with no desserts or drinks. Too expensive for what you get. If you go, be sure and take a coupon. They send these to us in the mail and run them in the paper a lot.

Let me preface this by saying I’ve eaten at this Ruby Tuesday several times before with no problems. It’s a mediocre restaurant and it always has been, but it’s also a «safe» place to go, especially if you have picky eaters that just want American food and don’t want to experience culture. But yesterday when I went there with my family, I had one of the worst experiences with a server I have ever had at a restaurant. I ordered the bella chicken crêpe. The waitress didn’t seem familiar with the item, so I even pointed it out to her on the menu. We waited an extremely long time on our food, and when it finally came out, it was a different waitress bringing us our food. She tried to serve me an omelet, and I told her that I had ordered the Bella Chicken Crêpe. She argued with me that what she was giving me WAS the Bella Chicken Crêpe(even though she acknowledged at one point that it was an omelet). Even other people at my table tried to tell her that it was the wrong order. She kept insisting that what she had was what I ordered, even though she didn’t take my order. After arguing with me and the other people at my table for a while, she finally left and took the plate back to the kitchen. By the time the ORIGINAL waitress came back, everybody was done eating so I just canceled the order altogether. The manager never came to the table. Nobody ever offered to comp the dish. As we were leaving we overheard the waitress that had brought us our food arguing with somebody and still insisting that the food she brought out to the table was what I had ordered. VERY disappointing experience.

Three stars for a totally standard experience. Definately ended up eating myself into a tummy ache at this one, but the mojito to compliment dinner was fantastic! The salad bar was not very enticing, and ingredients did not seem fresh nor was there much variety. The Chicken Bella was VERY rich and decadant and overall a very tastey dish. Service was acceptable –certainly not overly attentive although met our needs in a relatively timely fashion. Recommended only if you’re interested in the same chain restaurants you’ll find anywhere.
