Great buffet. Recently upped their buffet price and stopped their buffet punch program. Was disappointed at that. Chicken is great. They don’t keep the dessert well supplied though. Run out of the good stuff and don’t replace until the last piece is gone. Also, don’t wait to get dessert, when the buffet hours are near to being over, they don’t replenish. Been there twice that my group missed out because of that. We are now very careful about when we go. If it’s not really enough, we go elsewhere.

I really liked the atmosphere inside. The place was nicely decorated and the staff very friendly. My food came out hot, fresh out of the oven. It was very good, the quality of the sauce was very high.
Update: After eating at Talayna’s the experience again was very good. The Buffet was amazing and easily one of the best in town. This must be the best Pizza in Quincy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is very tastefully decorated.

Last night, I went to eat here for the first time with a friend. I was quite impressed. The restaurant was very clean and quiet. We only had about a 5 minute wait to get a table and our waitress took our drink order almost immediately after we sat down. She gave us plenty of time to look over the menu and checked in on us often to make sure everything was fine. Our drinks wouldn’t even get half empty before she came by to refill them for us. As for the food, we both ordered the Steak Fixman medium-​rare. With that we got a good sized salad and rolls brought to our table before the steaks arrived. When our steaks arrived, I had opted for the baked potato and my friend chose the side of spaghetti. This is when I became the most impressed with Talayna’s. They are known as an Italian restaurant, but they had brought me and my friend the best cooked steaks we have ever been served in Quincy. It’s hard to find a good medium-​rare steak in this town. It’s usually a little on the rare side, closer to medium, or completely off the mark, but this place nailed it. So, kudos to the staff for the wonderful experience I had at their restaurant, I will definitely be back and will recommend them to anyone I know looking to get the best steak in town.
