The Perfect Look

I used to enjoy going here until one of the stylists messed up my hair when she was cutting it. I asked for long layers and was given really short layers that were not blended at all. The stylist admitted to messing up but blamed it on my hair and then denied to even saying it at all to everyone else. All of my hair was supposed to be different shades of blonde, just one was put in and my natural hair color (brown) was still in with it. Roots were not done so it looked like I already needed a major root touch up. I’m not able to have my hair done very often and finally when I was able to I cried because it looked so horrible. The owner did offer to fix it, after she was very rude to me and made me cry even more while my three children were there with me. After that the owner decided to go to my husband’s place of work and tried to start drama with him while he was working. Those two people are very unprofessional and very rude. Worst experience of my life! I would rather go to Rockwall or Royse City from now on.

My daughters began going here when it first opened up. They finally got me to try it (before that, I did my own hair! Ewwww!!) Once i went, I was hooked! They always do an amazing job and at a ridiculously inexpensive price! I will never go anywhere else to have my hair done! I always get highlighting, lowlighting and a cut. It’s a lengthy process and would break the bank anywhere else! But Perfect Look has kept their price the same for the entire 6 years I have been going there! It’s WORTH THE DRIVE even if you don’t live in Quinlan! All the stylists are great, but Jamie ROCKS!
