I was desperate for something to hold me over till dinner. Normally I wouldn’t ever eat here for a variety of reasons (fast food doesn’t agree with me). I figured it couldn’t be worse than T Bell or a McWhopper so ordered a basic chicken sandwich & diet soda. A relative goes on and on how great this chain is — food wise. Sadly my sandwich was smashed and worse… Not warm. Threw it out. I didn’t have time to go back and wait in line again. Soda was just fine.

The customer service is beyond amazing ! Every time I go the staff is always friendly and helpful. They always address everyone properly «and take great pride in their jobs. This is by far the best fast food customer service in the city ! Food is always superb and the place is clean. I love coming here !!
