I just moved here to Racine. I searched Unilocal to find that this place had pretty good reviews… I ordered Kung Pao Chicken. The chicken came breaded so the first thing I thought… what are they trying to hide? It certainly wasn’t plump fresh white meat chicken (which is what is usually used). I also ordered a chicken egg roll… no kidding I found 2 pieces of chicken the size of an eraser inside. I will not be returning.

I ordered delivery tonight and it came in the amount of time they said it would (40 – 50 min on a Friday night), and was hot and exactly as I had ordered. I have been to one other recommended Chinese restaurant in town, and can confidently say Rong Hua is much more flavorful. The woman who delivered my food was very friendly. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because they don’t have any tofu options on their menu — of course this will not be a problem for most people! In the future, I will only order Chinese delivery in Racine from Rong Hua!

Nice little restaurant right downtown. Had the broccoli chicken lunch and it was delicious. Staff is extremely friendly and free parking in back.

I regularly order delivery from Uptown China. It’s not always the quickest, but I have never been disappointed. I would give it 3.5 stars; nothing too special but never disappointing.
