I just received my order. Pork Fried Dumplings, pork Fried rice, 2 Spring Rolls. The Dumplings are gummy, pork Fried rice suspect looking. Spring rolls are good. I will never order from there again.

It took me awhile to try Tony Chen’s I was skeptical after it opened and only saw a few cars in the parking lot. Normally can tell a lot about a restaurant by the business they do. Well after a co worker told me on how great their food was I finally decided to order from there. I’ve ordered the Beef with Green Pepper and Tomatoes along with Sesame Beef. EXCELLENT!!! I can’t say enough about their food. Best I’ve ever eaten even the rice was great! I ordered this numerous times always fast and delicious. Was a fan of main moon for years not no more. Tony Chen’s have earned all my Chinese food business! Thank you for the delicious food and keep up the excellent work!!!

Terrible I threw my food away. Stay away! Supposedly«fresh» it was surprisingly cooked very fast which was a bit strange. Absolutely disgusting.

Not much to say just very normal, nothing special, but not super bad food. There are better around the same area.

it’s clean, affordable, and the lunch specials are the best! I know they serve the same food as other restaurants like this one, but the taste is «on point» here.

Great prices — had crab Rangoon, hot & sour soup and shrimp lo mein — all were delicious. — did add a little soy sauce to soup for little extra flavor. The service was was very friendly — will visit again soon

The BEST Chinese food in Racine! After our third visit, we are hooked on Tony Chen’s. It is a great family-run restaurant, the owners are always there and are quite willing to accommodate your taste preference with spicy or mild. Every employee is kind and you can see that they truly care about their customers. Vegetarian and vegan friendly, lot’s of menu selections, delicious soups, and really good prices. Definitely worth trying! Personally, this is the only restaurant in the area where I have been able to get my favorite dish, MaPo Tofu. It is a staple of Chinese cuisine and found easily in the San Francisco Bay Area where I used to live. I was missing my favorite dish so much, and no one else in Racine makes it(correctly). Thank you Tony Chen’s!

The only thing about this place I liked was the fact that my food came out lightning fast. The cashew chicken I had was rubbery, and tasted a bit odd. The egg roll was bland, the crab Rangoon was very oily. I will try the place once more, hoping that this was a failed effort, I will stay away from the cashew chicken. Possibly the worst I’ve had in a long time

I’ve been here for lunch twice with work friends and will definitely be a repeat customer. Beef and chicken dishes are well prepared, sauces are good(although some will say«not as good as ___»), and the soups are good also. I’m most impressed with the freshness of the vegetables they use in their dishes and how they’re not soggy, overcooked or bland. Service is quick &, friendly, the space is large & clean, and the menu selection is very large.

I was super excited to see this restaurant open. I am pretty luke-warm about most Chinese restaurants in Racine. I tried the Singapore Mei Fun and the shrimp egg rolls. The Singapore Mei Fun was pretty good, not the best I have ever had in my life, but flavorful and tasty. The egg rolls were good, but I thought they were little compared to Rong Hua. It seems like they have a good selection of vegetarian options, which is awesome because there aren’t a lot of veggie options in Racine. I’m definitely going to head back to try more dishes. I’d even be willing to maybe add another star to the review if everything continues to be tasty!

You could do a lot worse. Prices are pretty reasonable, and the menu has a lot of options on it. The shrimp with next vegetables dinner was very good: big shrimp very fresh vegetables, though probably a little too much sauce. Pork fried rice was done very well. I would definitely pass on the fried wonton appetizer. It was heavy on the fried not enough on the wonton. If you’re looking for a good, fast Chinese meal, this is not a bad option.

Recently opened resturaunt so had to try. My food was better than other resturaunts in the area. Loved the egg drop soup! My husband thought his food was about the same, but we both agreed that the fried rice was among the best we’ve had. I ordered in person for carry out and the cashier was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Our food came in the good round plastic containers that are nice to keep and reuse. Also notable is that They also have online ordering which I’m looking forward to trying.
