Been here twice. Clearly no one trained these employees as to how to wrap an unwich. Also, none of their vegetables are fresh. Other locations are much better than this one. If you want jimmy johns, go somewhere else.

Came here recently because my boyfriend wanted to go. This was the first Jimmy John’s I have been to and I was very disappointed. I got the original turkey sandwich with added cheese to it. It was not good at all, I didn’t even finish it. I’m not even a huge subway fan but it did not even compare to a subway sandwich. Their one big thing here is that they make it fast, which they did. But, I would rather wait longer for a better sandwich. Just my opinion.

Delicious sandwiches, TERRIBLE customer service. This location has not been open for long. I’ve stopped in twice, and had delivery 4 times. The food is consistently good, and the service is consistently rude. And now, all of a sudden, they won’t deliver to me. I am suddenly«outside of their delivery area.» I think whoever answered the phone just wasn’t in the mood to deal with taking an order and/or delivering. I’ll take my business to Campus Corner. Your food is good, but it’s not worth it. And a word of advice — if you expect to be successful on the Main Line, you need to learn how to be pleasant, polite, and provide good customer service. There are tons of sandwich shops around. You won’t last if you treat people poorly.

Stopped into Jimmy John’s today right next to my workplace. I had only been to the Jimmy John’s on 202, and was expecting it was simply a newer version of that flagship store. Not even close. Instead of cheesesteaks & hot dogs, the menu was full of sandwiches and plenty of healthy options. I went for the #12 today, the Beach, and it was delicious. $ 5.79. Are you kidding me? Fresh baked bread, all delicious ingredients, and beautifully red sliced tomatoes? Only misfire today was some of the logistics. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, but the ordering system is going to probably need to change. They don’t take your name, but instead just call out the number of your sandwich when it’s ready. If it gets busy, people are going to get the wrong things. The napkins are hidden behind the counter in the staff’s area. Why? This is a brand spankin’ new space. Put some napkins out for your customers. The important stuff is great though. Highly encouraged and I’ll be back for sure.
