I usually don’t complain but the guy who works in the morning is really rude! He works at the window and gives people their food.

I usually go to this place… who wouldn’t, I mean it’s McDonald’s right? Wrong! I ordered the new Swiss cheese with grilled onions and it just wasn’t my cup of tea to say the least… that is not why I am rating this place bad but when I tried to return the burger back, with only one bite, the manager and the cooks in the back where speaking in Spanish, debating whether to give me a regular cheeseburger or not. I’m Mexican but I was born in the U.S. and understand Spanish… I think they thought I didn’t because they were obviously arguing… the manager then told me «well, if you didn’t like it that’s too bad.» I’ve never had any problems until now. My husband then tried getting the 1 – 800 number and they told him they didn’t have one. This place s*cks!
