DO NOT GO INTO THE LOBBY!!! They are not organized and never get your order straight. It is fast food chicken! How difficult can that be? And yet, they foul it up every single time. Just use the drive through, it will save you tons of time and aggravation and your order will always be correct.

This place is pathetic! Every time you go here you have to pull off to the side at the drive thru to wait for chicken. Correct me if I’m wrong but as an establishment that is named based off of chicken shouldn’t you have chicken ready at all times? Never fails that something isn’t ready or is out of stock. If this is considered fast food then this place definitely isn’t footing the bill. They would benefit by a visit from the Undercover Boss show because the way this place is run is just ridiculous! Or maybe they need new management. And the employees look like they can care less.

Their stock is terrible, always out of stuff!
1day: they had no seafood bcus it all had gotten spoiled.
2nd time: gave us catfish when menu said white fish
3rd time: 20mins waiting on food to be ready bcus only 2pp ws workin
4th time & last time: they didnt have the beer batter chicken or chicken tenders & limited on shrimp so had to order something else. The fries sucked! Mac&cheese look like someone eat half of the cup.

Just about every time I go, they have me in the drive up pulling to the side to wait for something to finish cooking. It’s annoying. There’s never enough chicken pieces or pies ready. Always something. always…

Stowe, VT
This restaurant is kind of new (open about a year or so) and has a modern interior. The food is good. They have the typical Popeyes food, spicy or regular. The manager/​owner is a good guy, pretty funny and cares about the customers. He sometimes walks around the tables asking people if their meal is Ok.
Sometimes the line gets long, but that’s good. It means people like the food and it’s worth coming. The drive-​through is usually busy as well. There’s enough parking spots in the lot.
