As far as work they are 10 stars hands down when it’s all said and done car looks like new. As far as service they get 3 stars. People are nice but nice isn’t getting job done. I got my car fixed and they forgot to check if my sensor worked come guys your not amateurs. Not only did I lose hours at work because I had to come back for them to fix it I had to wait. Overall I can’t take away there creditability because they do great work but I think they need to be more coordinated am I sure there is other shops just as good yes.

Unfortunately as nice the staff is and major repair was done nicely, I had to install all final details by myself and cost me additional $ 150.00. I went back to the shop 4 times and every time there was another part missing, also I found 5 small screws in my cup holder and I still do not know what is that for.
On the last note I would probably go back anyway since Rey Catena works with this shop

Went for an estimate, my wife was in a minor front end accident in our new SUV. Saw alot of (questionable) good reviews on other websites. While I was waiting inside, a woman was picking up her car. She informed me that her car has been there for 2 months while they first told her it would take 2 weeks. She told me they
are horrible, take your car elsewhere.
When I went outside with the employee to look at my car, he asked if I have car rental reimburstment in my insurance policy, I said yes and he told me to leave the car there today but our car was still in driveable condition and I told him that. We went back in the office, and I asked for a time frame and he rudely told me it’ll take at least a week for the parts alone. I took the womans advice and took my car elsewhere.

I had my car for less than a week and I unfortunately got into an accident. When I called Mercedes they told me to call Quality for the repairs, I didnt think twice since I the dealer are the ones who refered me to Quality. It ended up taking 3 weeks to get my car back and I kept getting the run around and they kept telling me they were waiting on parts. When I finally got my car back there was a huge stain on the bottom of the passenger door that was supposedly brand new. I will never use Quality again and I have no idea how they have all these good ratings if they couldnt even fix a mercedes C300 correctly.
