The Kyle and Jordan team makes for outstanding customer service. Very professional and informative. Having had a unsavory experience at a nearby Mall store I was somewhat apprehensive about what I might encounter.
Challenges of my own making were handled smoothly and promptly, hence my negative opinion of t-​mobile has been negated. I will be returning to purchase a new phone from one of these fine young men tomorrow.
I told them, «there are two things I like to hear from my clients — ‘that was fun’ and ‘that was easy’… and I can say that to you.» Well done gentlemen.
