I guess things have really gone down hill since the previous reviews. The manager is condescending and when the job took four days to do, and the workers continually did not remember to take all of the junk, he never apologized or claimed any responsibility for the job going bad. Instead he made me feel like he was doing me a favor by taking the time to come out to finish what was started. They showed up with almost full trucks two days in a row and then we’re not able to correctly get any of our stuff in the trucks. Then wanted to charge me for over a full truckload? Save yourself a lot of time and money and just rent a truck and do it yourself. You will save yourself a huge headache

Just used 1−800-Got Junk, Steve Turner, manager. I requested an estimate this morning and by 1pm Steve and the crew arrived to quote the junk removal at All About Blinds & Shutters. Price was good so they left with a truckload of stuff. I like that they charge by the amount of space your stuff takes up on the truck. Quickly the friendly, uniformed crew removed the junk. I highly recommend this service as they properly dispose of the junk and donate items to be recycled.

The local franchisee is extremely friendly and professional. He arrived right on time, explained the cost clearly, and quickly and professionally removed some old appliances in our basement that were WAY too heavy for me and my wife to carry up the stairs. Very highly recommended, would definitely use them again.
