Both stores in Raleigh are the absolute definition of incompetence. I must be crazy for wanting a pillow the day I purchase it. A week later and still no pillow and no explanation except for «it’s on the way». Lousy customer service, lack of knowledge in the products, and painfully slow — considering I was their only customer. I got my money back and took my business elsewhere. How are these stores even still open? Don’t go here. Less than one star if I could.
