I really enjoy walking thru this place. Always find that one kool piece for the house. No, quality is not their priority but for people just starting out or you just need a little something this is the place. I recently bought something for my fireplace. I think it’s pretty damn kool.

Absolute worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. If I could’ve given it 0 stars, I would have. The selection for the prices offered was decent enough, though I can’t say much for the quality. But the customer service was just atrocious. My fiancé and I came to browse through furniture for our new home, when we stumbled across a few counter stools we wanted to check out. We couldn’t find anyone on the floor, so I went to ask someone at the registers if they could call for assistance. She groaned, not even trying to hide her annoyance and rolled her eyes at me before picking up her walkie-talkie to ring the floor staff. After that, we waited for 15 – 20 minutes; no one showed up. So we began to maneuver taking the furniture down ourselves. Upon finishing, it had been another 20 minutes and again, not a sign of any employees. We promptly made our way out. I’m usually pretty understanding of customer service mishaps, but this time, I just couldn’t get over the outright poor attitude and total lack of assistance for shoppers. Now we’ll know to take our business elsewhere.

My husband and I just bought our first home together. Being in our early 20s, we don’t make a ton of money, so decorating funds are pretty tight. My best friend suggested we try going to At Home, because one of the first things we need is a few area rugs, and she said they have a pretty good selection. I’d say that’s an understatement. Holy selection, Batman! This place is huge! They had 8×10 rugs(the size we need) ranging from $ 59 all the way to $ 399. Of course, the quality ranged, too, but there’s seriously something for everyone. We found two area rugs perfect for our budget and got out of there for less than $ 300, which was our seemingly unattainable budget(until we went to this place). I could not be happier.

Every time I visit this store I have to make sure I have at least an hour. This store is HUGE. So huge in fact that this space used to be a Target. My favorite items to shop for here are area rugs(seriously, you won’t find better deals or as large of a selection anywhere else) and quirky little furniture pieces. You will also find the biggest selection of patio cushions, patio furniture, dining room chairs/bar stools, and throw pillows than any other retail store(at least that I have ever seen). This is also a great place to go for random décor(i.e., for the coffee table, lamps, candles/holders, etc). This is always my first go to for ANYTHING for my home!

I recently visited here as the name had changed from«Garden Ridge» to «At Home» so I was curious if it was a new store or not. Same store, new name. This place is kind of Home Goods meets Big Lots. It has a ton of stuff for your home, but it is all kind of cheap stuff. So if you’re looking for price over quality then stop on in. I probably wouldn’t furnish my whole house from here, but there were definitely some odds and ends items that looked appealing. I also saw some stuff that made me really wonder what kind of person would have that in their home.

Has anyone ever gotten thur on the phone? I have been calling for days to check on a sofa I saw, didn’t want to travel there and they are out of stock. Called all day, no answer, called another number that rings and goes busy after four rings, so I called Concord, NC store to get an automated voice and options, but no live person and than hang up. I than went to website, no company number or customer service as well, this is ridiculous… I got a buddy of mine to go in the store, he saw workers standing around, one girl texting ! Unless you can visit, wouldn’t try calling.

The Store that has everything your yard would like. Don’t take your Wife and expect to window shop, you won’t leave without a cart full. This place is very neat. I hope they keep the products rotating and keep the stock low. Customer’s will start to b line straight for that one item they need and get out. We’ve been a few times and I noticed we started skipping quite a few aisles since we knew multiple aisles had cushions, umbrellas, furniture, stools, purses, etc.

Garden Ridge used to be my favorite store; however, I will not be shopping there again. Ever. My friend gave me a mirror for my birthday but when I tried to hang it on the wall, found out it was so terribly made that the frame wouldn’t support the weight of it on the wall and it fell. I took it back to Garden Ridge and tried to return it. Of course I didn’t have the receipt or the barcode on the mirror because it was a gift. They wouldn’t take it(not even for store credit). What am I supposed to do with a mirror that can’t be hung on the wall?! These people offer terrible customer service! The managers were rude. My friend who gave me the gift came all the way down to the store to let them look up the item via the credit card she used. They found the other items she purchased that day, but said they couldn’t find the mirror. I was there when she purchased it and I know she didn’t steal it so somebody’s not doing something right… Never try returning anything here you’ve received as a gift. I will never recommend this place to another person and will take my business to Target and the like. Thanks for nothing.

Garden Ridge is a great place to shop if you want quality products on a frugal budget. I found the staff to be pleasant and courteous. Garden Ridge is worth the trip.
