If you like«Big Box» medicine this is the place for you. Must wait for a call back to make an appointment. Makes me feel like a number, not a person with a name. Waiting room is tiny, especially for a practice this size. May not be a seat available for a while. Parking is a nightmare, covered garage is for staff and lot is small. Not good to have to park 2 or 3 blocks away and hike to office while having pain. Once you get in visit goes quickly. Staff is pleasant. But reminds me more of an urgent care or clinic rather than private practice. Also only uses Rex Hospital. Not my first choice!

Been going here for 8 years and not quite sure why. The doctors I have used have all left and new ones have come in. That’s strange… Have waited over an hour to see the doc for a regular check up. Usually wait at least 30 min on a regular basis. Arrived for my appointment today and was turned away because I am supposed to be 15 min early for my appt. huh? I just updated all of my paperwork a few weeks ago so I had nothing to fill out. Place is a hassle and you can’t even get a human to schedule an appointment. You have to fill out an online form or leave a voicemail for the scheduling woman. That’s a giant pain. When I call to make an appt I don’t want to have to wait for someone to call me back. I’m done. This place has gone downhill fast.

I have been a patient at Atrium OB/GYN for 8 years. I have always been pleased with my care, enjoy seeing the same nurses and have never had any trouble with insurance or billing. On the few occasions I have called, my issues have been taken care of quickly. Great office.
