Horrible!!! My fiancé bought a $ 100 shirt at Tommy Bahama. Worn it ones, I took it to that specific dry cleaners, because I didn’t wanna to ruin it by washing at home… So, when I went to pick it up, they returned it to me looking like an old rag that I use to clean the floors with, and it gets better… it had blue stains on it and 3 holes! I’ve been trying to get hold of the owner, but it’s in possible! I’m very upset! I’m considering small claims court. Yours truly– Kinga.

Run don’t walk from here. Great price but horrible service. Truly a case of you get what you pay for. Horrible!!!

I started coming here after my Last cleaners lost my clothes. Initially I was please. Not now. First they ruined a $ 400 Comforter. It came out with a huge spot on it and the two spots I took it in for came out bigger. Then my husband had shirts done and one shirt came out with brown spots all down it. Their reply«don’t know what that Could be» Do not take your clothes here!

I took a comforter here last week to get cleaned. They told me it would be a week and would be ready on Tuesday for pickup. When I came the comforter was not ready! They then told me to come back the next day which I did but apparently I came after they closed. All the staff was in the store and they could see me outside but revised to even come talk to me at the door. So I came back the next day and it took forever for them to find the comforter. They charged me full price and said it was not their fault it was late. SERIOUSLY! Don’t go here…

This cleaners is an inexpensive cleaners to take your clothes too compared to Medlin-Davis, and others. They do make you pay for everything up front when you drop them off. They have a HUGE sign up that advertises shirts $ 1.25. Don’t believe the sign, it is not exactly true. I dropped off some shirts, and after I looked at the itemized receipt, I noticed that the shirts were not $ 1.25. The big sign says shirts $ 1.25, but it does not say that only the men’s dress shirts are $ 1.25. It just says shirts, not some shirts. So I consider that false advertising. Change the big sign to specify, not trick people to come in the door. But as far as the cleaning. I having had a problem. They don’t come out looking as n ice as they do from Medlin-Davis, or other cleaners, but I guess you pay for cheap service, get cheap service.

I began taking my clothing to Best Price Cleaners on Capital(1) because my finance took his clothing there and(2) it was convenient to pick up on the way home from work. I have been fairly dissatisfied with them for the entire time I have used them. Every time I drop my clothing off they ask for my phone number. This seems fairly standard, they may need to call me about my clothing. On five occasions I have taken color block dresses to this cleaner. One three of those occasions they did not ask me to sign the release in case the colors ran. And on all of these occasions I have returned to find out that dress was not cleaned. I finally asked them why they had not called me to ask me to come back to sign the release, if they had my phone number. This question was met with a blank stare. So I asked again, why ask for my contact number if you are not going to call me? The female employee present said she did not take my clothing with they arrived. I answered her that the boy employee present for this conversation was the one who took my clothing. And that on several other occasion they have inconvenienced me by not cleaning my clothing and not calling. I ask one last time why take my contact information if you are not going to use it for its intended purpose. Again I was met with blank stares. I told them that this was unprofessional and they should have answers to simple questions. I would be taking my business elsewhere where the employees are smart enough to answer simple questions and not just follow the direction of their manager without questioning why they were asked to do a simple task like ask for contact information. This dry cleaner provides terrible customer service. It is dirty inside and I constantly worried about the cleanness of my clothing. I kept returning due to convenience. No more… they have lost a formally loyal customer. I would NOT recommend using this dry cleaner at all!!!
